Your staff are amazingly helpful. The barmaid came outside to find me with paper straws she’d found as I told her I don’t like plastic straws. The food was really nice. And the free entertainment watching people trip over the metal ring on the tow path was second to none!!

What’s not to love! All the Gin you can Imagine. A nice atmosphere, and the gin experience is great value for money! � fab night!

What a find � loved the interior but great sitting outside too perfect venue will be back

Loved stumbling upon this place last night enroute to dinner.... just had to stop in for One tonight which turned into 3. Owner and bar staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Smelt and discussed many Gins and sampled a teeny tiny selection!!



Can't wait to come back when not away with work!!

Literally stumbled across this great bar...One of the best in Birmingham. I really loved the strawberry and vanilla gin.. great atmosphere.. will definitely return..

It was fantastic the tapas were incredible , the staff are very knowledgeable about the cocktails and made some beautiful ones for us 5 star � definitely going back with my Gin loving friends

I went to the gin vault for my birthday with friends. Gin is my favourite tipple so with over 280 gins I was in gin lovers heaven. We had 18 dishes of tapas and all of them were delicious. The staff were fantastic very welcoming and so helpful. It's a lovely bar with a relaxed atmosphere. If your a gin lover this is the place to go. I would definitely recommend and will be going back again to work my way through the gins.

I absolutely love this place. Cosy and inviting and a great selection of Gin. Staff are happy to make recommendations based on your personal flavour preferences. Atmosphere is fabulous!

Had a great time with 5 friends last night at The Gin Vault. We did the gin experience so had a gin cocktail, tapas and gin paddle board. It was very busy the whole time we were there but we managed to keep our table. I wouldve liked another drink but waitress service isnt avaliable on a saturday night which was my only niggle. Overall great and i would go again for the gin experience �

Great little place, lovely attentive staff. The Manager knew his stuff and talked us through our ‘Gin Experience’ - tapas dishes were tip top, gins and cocktails were fantastic. Overall experience couldn’t have been better. Will definitely go back, especially to try out the new Tanqueray Gin Experience Room with a group of friends. Thank you

Gin heaven - so much choice & so little time �� if you love gin & are in Brum, you have to come here �

Fabulous place, did the gin experience and was excellent. Service was first rate and the manager Ian was on hand and checked we were happy which we were!!! Definitely recommend this place. The choice of gin was wonderful, so many gins! I was in heaven. Thank you Ian and the wonderful staff. Definitely see you again soon!

A group of 11 of us went last night to celebrate my 30th! We all shared the gin experience and was definitely not disappointed. Ian was most accommodating and made the whole experience enjoyable. Nothing was a problem even when we was 45mins late for the table due to a accident causing gridlock in town.

The tapas were very tasty, all came hot and Good portion sizes. The cocktails went down well and the gin paddle are very generous on the gin measures. Very good selection on the gin experience menu. Couldn't recommend enough. Can't wait to come again �

We thought the whole experience was great and good value for money the only low point was the time it takes for service. # will go back.

Visited yesterday with my husband after having booked a table for two, fine, except we ordered tapas and sharing cheese platter which when served was excellent but rather too big for our table, having asked if we could move, as there were plenty of vacant tables, were mumbled at by a miserable bartender who couldn’t have cared less and was very indifferent to anything that was asked of him, I happened to mention, was there a spare seat, as our son may be joining us, he couldn’t care less, it takes too long to be served at the bar, the music is very loud for a small space, shame really, not a bad place but definitely could do with some staff being more pleasant, don’t think I’ll bother again

Refused entry to an empty bar with a group of friends at 1.15pm for a quick drink. Turned away trade, what bar can afford to do this.

Enjoyed this place for the”2years” it’s been opened but the manager has refused me and my hen party in tonight because it’s not that type of bar, how rude and gone completely down in my estimations and will not be returning the manager is so stuck up and rude and lost he business of 10 people tonight and More I can’t tell before they arrive. They actually asked me to remove items before entering! So disappointed!

Booked the Gin Experience for my 25th Birthday and had awful service. The waitresses were miserable and very rude to us, and it was far from a “gin experience”. We had our food slammed down on the table when we didn’t claim our tapas dishes in the right order!!! Awful service and wouldn’t recommend. Really disappointing considering this was intended as a nice evening for a birthday! We left as soon as we’d had what we’d paid for!

Absolutely disgusted! I have never been so mortified! 2 weeks after giving birth having a catch up with a friend in Birmingham and agree to meet here, as arriving the welcome received was To be marched out as they don't allow children, my newborn is asleep in a pushchair , I have never been discriminated against before and I'm outraged! Under 16 can be in a licenced premises bearing in mind my new born sleeps most the day! Would never reccomend! Never felt so uncomfortable !
