Went to the Glassworks early evening yesterday. The food was excellent and so was the service. Will , I think, become a regular customer.

Well what can I say fantastic a fabulous meal and the bar staff was brilliant it was packed but all on point �carol was outstanding in the service many thanks glassworks I will be back ���

We had a meal here yesterday & thoroughly enjoyed it. Pleasant staff.

I would also like to add that on December 17th, my daughter had arranged a 60th birthday meal here for me & as I thought her partner, children, my husband & a friend, but unbeknown to me, the whole of my family were there. It was a lovely surprise. In all there were 31 of us present & we were all seated together. Meal was again lovely. Will definitely be dining here again.

Super food, super staff and super surroundings. Really enjoy coming here for a welcome treat and or a casual munch. Defo one of my top 5 in the area.

Had a fantastic Meal here today, the starter was a little slow coming out due to a Miss-communication (not that we had even really noticed) but the manager came over and apologised, explained and gave us a free dessert each. The staff at the tills and the waiting staff were extremely helpful and polite. Will be using regularly and recommending. �

Nice clean and friendly pub, good menu with plenty to choose from...friendly happy staff, nice tasty food which was also nice and hot which is a must for me...would definately recommend...

Not that great waited absolutely ages for our food.Burger fine .Grilled chicken with Chilly sauce 'Chips and tiny side of coleslaw.Way to much sweet chilly sauce.My daughter who took us there for a meal ordered pizza all toppings were cold and uncooked and was told they had ran out of rocket .It was quit expensive considering.First time id been there and maybe the last.My waffle ,ice cream and rasberry sauce was smashing...

Food was really nice but omg!! Trying to find a table that was clean wasnt easy , non of the tables had been cleared food on the floor , looked like a school canteen , managed to find a table and asked for it to be wiped ; waited ages for food ; food was amazing so they must ac a good team in the kitchen its just waiting staff they are lacking needed to clear tables as it dont look good for customers

Food was cold after waiting an hour after told no delay.....our plastic baskets were melted after the waitress told us she put them in to high heat to keep them warm � hardy any brie on our burgers management to busy waiting for coffee machine when she could of helped serve at least 3 tables by the big que at bar.....

Been a few times now and we had our works do there last night party of 17 and they were great. Quick friendly service. Food prices very reasonable, drink prices little steep! But overall we had a great night.

Paid close to £10 for a pizza and to put it bluntly it was crap! Hardly any topping on it and it looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Shame because i had a burger there a few weeks back and it was great

It took an hour for our food to come despite there being very few people in for meals, and then our main meals were really dry. My son had a pepperoni pizza with only 3 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza, and I had to sit and listen to other parents using the f word constantly. Not really appropriate around kids �

I Have been here a few times now and thought it was lovely great service & lovely food but visited Sunday 2nd July and It was terrible was told 30 mins for food eventually after asking twice how much longer it would be it arrived after an hr and 15 mins.

While we were waiting food was being returned by most people & staff were huffing and puffing which was so unprofessional.

I've got to shout out to staff member Ellie though she was brilliant couldn't apologise enough and even said her self it was and had been a shambolic service.

She offered free drinks which we declined as we had just brought one , but she gave free ice cream when we finished which kids loved but to be honest we could you wait to get out so they had it in a little pot and we left.

Management need to look at staff shortage was so unfair for the staff in that day and also be realistic with time scales for food and definitely more staff at bar waited 20 mins just to get a drink that day 👎

8 of us ladies came for some dinner and drinks for a catch up. Food was a 45 minute wait but we was ok with that! Issue was when all our food came out at different times and when the last persons food came out 15 mins after we all had ours, the gammon was dry and horrible. It got offered to be changed and that took another 10/15 to come out. Our plates were never taken off of our table until asked and the guy who was serving us was ignorant and needs to learn to put a smile on his face.

Overall unimpressed with our service tonight and won’t be returning anytime soon!! Second time this has happened and the table next to us also moaned about the service (we overheard).

We were told there was a 30 minute wait for food and it turned out to be 80 minutes. It was very noisy with loud music. The food was horrible. We shall not be going back.

My son was turned away with his friends tonight because they weren’t 18 and all they ordered was a refillable soft drink which is clearly advertised. They are a nice bunch of young men who just want to sit and chill. One day they get served and the next they get thrown out. I think that maybe your staff need to make up their minds in the rules and regulations of this establishment.

Don’t go round Christmas time!

We were sat next to a large noisy table. Bar staff didn’t know what a sweet sherry was ‘is that a rose?’ No it’s not a wine. I had to get her to show me the bottles behind the bar and yes they had got a sherry! Then she didn’t take our £15 deposit off the bill, which I was assured when paying the deposit it would be taken off atomatically! 50 minute wait for food which was mediocre. Would I go there again ..... doubtful!!

Came yesterday with my hubby for lunch I have to say we were very disappointed in the food we had fish and chips with a choice of peas ( mushy or garden) and side of tartar sauce which we never had the food was bland and almost cold we won't be returning
