ABOUT PARTY PALS UK
Each of our parties is hosted by 2 ladies, Liz and Claire, we are both CRB checked and fully insured. We have over 20 years experience between us in childcare and the entertainment industry.
Claire is an ex bluecoat and drama student, while Liz is an ex nursery nurse and has a degree in hair, make up and dress making.

PHOTOGRAPHIC AND DESCRIPTIVE DETAILS
We try our hardest to photograph our goodies so you can accurately see how our items look before you purchase from us.
Please note that due to your screen colours on monitors and digital photography that there may be a slight variation in the colours represented.

RETURNS POLICY, NON-FAULTY GOODIES
If you change your mind about your party, you have 14 working days from the day you send your party deposit in which to alert us that you wish to cancel the party.
We will refund the cost of the item by whatever method was used for payment.

PRIVACY
Party Pals UK will NOT store, sell or share your personal information. The only private information we collect is your name, address, phone number and email for the purpose of posting booking forms or if we need to contact you regarding your party. All debit /credit card information is collected securely by our payment providers.
