The perfect city centre local for everyone. Extremely friendly staff and clientele. Good choice of lagers and cask ales🍺👍

Quiet lunchtime pint was needed. 4 mins from Lime Street.
Must be joking. Full of pensioners and noisy in a conversational way. Regulars will chat quite easy with you.
Sit in the window seat and watch the crazy fruit trader outside.
Music in background and grannies singing along.
Home from home... i love it

Been here many many times, great atmosphere, music and the staff are absolutely superb! Examplifies the best of the wonderful city of Liverpool can offer.

Cracking old pub. Good few beers on cask. Very friendly pub.

It was small and cosy and the barmaid was friendly. The interior was nicely decorated with tiled floors and pictures etc. The pint was nice, and served promptly. The floor has a quirky slope, but I didn't manage to get the reason for it.
