Took 3 pairs of school trousers in to be taken up and was very happy with everything. From the service to the finished items all done within a day too. Great service. Would recommend and will be using again. Thank you

On Saturday I brought in a long bridesmaid dress I needed shortening, which other people were worried to touch because of the material. I had a really tight time frame I thought (7 days) and I was ensured it would be ready on Monday.



The customer service was amazing, every decision was run by me. When I collected the dress yesterday, I was so so impressed with the work, you genuinely can't tell it's been changed in terms of the quality of the work. I think the hems are actually neater than when the dress was bought! I couldn't try on at the time (had frozen sausages in my bag!) so he assured me that if I had any issues, to ring him and he'd rectify it immediately.



Needless to say they were no issues at all. I'm so so impressed with their work, and will be recommending them to my family in Maidstone as well as family closer to Dover.
