YMCA West London had our Christmas party in the Reading room above the pub last Friday. The food was delicious, friendly staff & great atmosphere! We've also reserved space in the conservatory which is bright & airy & such a lovely place for a drink or bite to eat. Thank you Barbara & team for a lovely time. Thumbs up from us!

We visit London Ealing from Canada at least twice per year and The Grange is one of our must visits at least 3-4 times. The venue is wonderful: comfortable, inviting and the garden area in the summer is especially an inviting spot for a pint. The staff are friendly and the food is very good. Our favourite pub

User

We had a anniversary party for my parents in the summer house yesterday. Perfect venue for an intimate party, we opted for the 3 courses and the staff and food were great. You can hook your music up to the speakers which is great. Thank you Barbara and the team

User

Staff are absolutely lovely! Love the garden. The food could be a little better. Had Sunday lunch late in the afternoon and could tell they were running low on meat as the portions were very stingy. Bar staff are great :-)

User

First visit here for a long time, great atmosphere, all staff very friendly and looked like they enjoyed working there. We had burgers and sausage and mash, both very tasty and good size portion. They were also very dog friendly and made a real fuss of our sons new puppy. We will be back here a lot as a great venue in particular on a sunny June day. Well done The Grange!

User

Favorite pub in Ealing. Absolutely love the atmosphere, drinks, and staff. Dog friendly! Our little dog Pumpkin enjoys coming here and sitting by the fire. Highly recommend this adorable pub!

User

Absolutely fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, food amazing, don't get the previous comment of there not being enough you want to come my way!!! Great Saturday night, food fantastic so good I went back for Sunday lunch which was also amazing. I will be in London every month so plane to be visiting the Grange every time I am up there. Absolutely a great place.

We had a lovely time , good food, wine , music and good laughs.

We will be back for others celebrations..

Many Thanks for such a Great service .

We have been to the Grange about three times in the last few months and have never been disappointed. Each time has been for Sunday Roast. Some do say it is a little overpriced but I disagree. The food is actually very good and in any case you are also paying for the environment and atmosphere which are both also very good. The clientele are clearly business people type and not your local sawdust bar frequenters (sorry but had to be said). The environment and atmosphere has always felt warm, friendly and comfortably a little more up market but not out of reach by any ones means. Thank you Barbara and staff for providing a lovely haven in an ever changing world.

User

We had our wedding reception on 1st August. The Reading Room was just the right size for 39 of us and we had a fun time. Lots of people commented on how good the food was and how generous the portions were. Vegetarian and awkward dietary requirements were well catered for. Thank you to Barbara and staff for the good service. We would highly recommend this venue. Loretta & John xx

User

A nice pub cum restaurant in Ealing. The selection on the menu was limited but good and the quality was fine. The waiter was not the best and when asked about wine he merely referred us to the menu without offering any advice. We enjoyed a pleasant meal at a reasonable price.

User

Had a function there and from 1pm until about 5pm no member of staff cleared any plates or glasses. This ended up being dangerous for children as glasses ended up on edge of table. Also, they kept on opening up the gate from the garden when there were young children running around. At any point children could have run out to the street/Road.

User

Very disappointed with my Lunch hassleback potatoe was so uncooked not fluffy crispy such small amount cheese you couldn't taste and peppercorn sauce was awful like runny water with peppercorns thrown in dreadful asked for tooth picks they were not in cover and girl brought them to table in her hand First time and Last time dreadful

User

Since Barabra left it seems to have lost its way. Such a shame. We have always loved it there x

User

Lovely pub and the food is lovely but so overpriced. Portion sizes are barely big enough for children and most meals as standard don't come with vegetables. Great for a drink but if you want food go next door to Charlotte's place where the food is slightly more expensive but you get so much more for your money.

User

I’ve always loved the Grange as it has such a lovely atmosphere, however, I don’t know what’s happened to the management and staff. It’s great for an after work drink out in the garden, but go there for a meal and it’s really disappointing. The staff don’t seem to be in control of things, food is under par, service is poor and sadly it feels as if the place is riding on its previous reputation and great location. Such a shame as it’s a really lovely place. Please get it back to what it used to be.

User

It feels like this once great pub has gone off track a bit. First they lost my friend's booking, and not very apologetic about it, then brought us our roast dinners without Yorkshire puddings and again no apology, more like "it's not my fault". Drinks service both at the bar and to table was slow and the bar staff were not very experienced. Only when we suggested they could have told us before we ordered, and that we wouldn't expect to pay the full price then did they make any attempt to compensate. Eventually our server came good and brought us extra potatoes, gravy and bread and took 20% off the bill, but I wouldn't be back in a hurry. No sense of customer service at all.

User

This USED to be a fantastic pub, but the new management is simply terrible - especially the customer service. I attended a friend’s private party there this evening and there was barely enough staff to cover the party, let alone the rest of the pub! Waited ages at the bar and when you did get served, staff were rude (apart from one guy!) and orders were wrong! I’m not one to write a terrible review like this, but I think it’s only fair that people know that this isn’t the pub it once was! Won’t be going back...shame as I used to love it here, especially in the summer!

User

Something has gone wrong at the Grange. At first we thought it was a one off when a lunch order went wrong and did not arrive for over an hour but dinner was no better, apparently they are having staffing issues. Hope they get it sorted soon: meanwhile we've found another local.
