I can't rate these guys highly enough. Right from day one they were great. Easy customer service, no pressure and straight quotes with no hidden extra's. Not only did they also move our property with the upmost of respect and care they were great down to earth guys who came along. They also went out of their way when unforeseen circumstances (closed M5 from a move from Birmingham to Somerset) extended their day significantly they ensured all of out stuff was delivered and they were still smiling at the end of it! On top of a great service, going above and beyond and making an already stressful experience a whole lot less stressful than it could have been their charges where also outstanding. The easiest 5 stars I've ever given in a review. Thank you guys. Awesome!

I have used Grange Removals for many years and would rate them 5 star every time. I moved again yesterday and once again Grange delivered an excellent service. The men are polite, professional and considerate and took care of everything. They arrived in time and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great guys and a job well done. Would never use anyone else.

We contacted Grange to provide a quote after they sent a flyer through the door and also checking them out on the BAR website. They were excellent value for money compared to the other quotes we had with no hidden extras. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and polite and the 2 guys that did the removals on the day were excellent - punctual, hard-working and very careful with all of our belongings and our new house! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Grange and will definitely be using them again if the need arises.

Very professional service from the initial contact made with the office to the person who came out to provide a quote and then on the day itself. The office were very understanding of my need to change dates a couple of times and the removal men on the day were hard working and respectful. I would definitely use Grange Removals again.

We found Grange to be very professional, good value and helpful throughout the process of our move. We contacted them after receiving information in the post when the house went up for sale and are very pleased we chose them for our move. We moved into a new build and their care and attention to ensure none of the new carpets etc were marked/damaged was excellent. Highly recommended company and professional team on the day.

Was impressed with Paul's professionalism when he came to visit us to quote and the price was fair and reasonable. Grange delivered boxes to us on 3 occasions which was great service. On the day of moving home Gaz, Jason and Tony came on time, were polite, friendly, professional, courteous and careful! They loaded the vans quickly and we had some time to spare before we got the keys. They unloaded quickly and carefully and put all of our items in the correct rooms. A great feature selling point for them was the portable clothes rails so they were took out of the old wardrobes and put straight into the new.
