The Grange Touring Park

Quiet but friendly place. Handy location to visit various areas of Yarmouth and the local beaches
The wardens are lovely. The campsite, however is not. It is positioned next to a busy road, which from past visits, we knew already. Unfortunately this has now become a race track most of the time - most noticeable at night time though. We have just returned after a two week holiday, during which time we were woken each morning, around 5.30/6.00 to the 'lovely' sound of cock-a-doodle-doo from the cockerel in the garden directly behind our pitch. This, together with the sound of pigeons walking on the roof of our caravan made our stay far from relaxing. The smell of the chickens was unpleasant too. Having been to the campsite many times before, I knew there was a nice friendly pub next door. Unfortunately, this has now turned into the place for young adults to frequent, playing loud music well into the night. They did have a bouncy castle in the pub garden, which backed onto the camping pitches. On our last night, this was left inflated ALL night and what a racket it made with the constant sound of blowing air. Thank goodness my family were in a caravan and not a tent or I would be demanding my money back.
We will not be returning here again.
Next to the road so please be aware that it could be a little noisy. Otherwise facilities are brilliant.
Excellent site with good clean showers and toilets, had a wonderful few days here. Had our evening meals with a drink at the Grange Hotel which is right next to the camp site. A big thanks George and Audrey for such a well kept site. Will definitely camp here again. Paul & Michelle 2017
