Onsite Building Trust was established in 2013. The organisation is a registered Charity and Company Limited by Guarantee
Its aim, (where practically and financially possible) is to fill the management gap left by local authorities who can no longer financially support buildings /facilities.
Onsite lease facilities e. g. Community Centres, Sports Halls, Football Pitches etc. when no local group is willing or able.
The Charity currently lease’ seven buildings from Stockton Borough Council, there are:

Robert Atkinson Centre (April 2014)
Ragworth Neighbourhood Centre (July 2016)
