I started investing in 2014, not long after joining Simon Zutshi's Property Mastermind programme.
We're focused on providing quality accommodation for students in the Colchester area and doing so with the environment in mind.
All the electricity for our properties is from 100% renewable sources and the gas, currently 10% . Our energy provider is Bulb. co. uk (ask me about a referral and get £50 off your 1st bill when you switch! ).
We bank ethically with the cooperativebank. co. uk and our charity of choice is the WoodlandTrust.org. uk where we make a monthly donation from our profits.
