The Greenery Description

The Greenery is a four acre small-holding in the heart of Worcestershire near the Cotswolds. We pursue an ecological low-impact lifestyle which respects our environment. We offer a sanctuary to animals in need of care and support as well as offering a range of therapies and techniques to people seeking personal development. We aspire to create a little piece of Eden on Earth. <3 <3 <3

These three lovely Tabby kittens (two boys and a girl) are looking for a loving home. They've had a difficult start in life, having been born in a barn and their mother was killed in an accident at five weeks, leaving them orphaned. We took in the kittens and have cared for them and socialised them every day for the last 3/4 weeks, but it is now time for them to find their forever homes. <3 The kittens are approximately 10 weeks old.
Note: We would advise experienced cat owne...rs to take them in, because they are still learning trust with humans. They need daily handling and will not be able to be let outdoors for a number of weeks until they have really grounded in their new homes. At the moment they are willing to be cuddled and are playing with us, but often seek a quiet corner for security. They are still occasionally hostile when initially picked up but nobody (children or adults) have been injured handing them. They would do well with other well-socialised cats for company and have limited exposure to dogs.
Adoption Agreement: We are asking for a donation of £30 per kitten which will help off-set the costs we have incurred rescuing them. The kittens have been flea treated and de-wormed and are litter tray trained. They are not yet vaccinated or micro-chipped. We request that new owners take care of vaccination, chipping and castration / neutering when the cats become old enough.
If you think you might be a suitable home for one or more of our rescued kittens, please send an e-mail with your circumstances (i.e. your experience with cats, where you propose they will live, amount of hours a day you can dedicated to being home, are there other animals, children etc) and we will contact you to arrange meeting the kittens. Send your email to natalia@first-breath.co.uk Thank you for taking the time to consider our kittens as your companions... looking forward to hearing from you. <3
Photo credit: Zoe Underwood took these amazing pictures! her daughters helped with the cuddling! Thank you girls! We enjoyed your visit! :)

Its been far too long since we have seen our friends come and join forces on a small project at The Greenery. Now we have the perfect reason to get together again. Our poor rescue horses are OVERRUN by Ragwort in their paddock. This plant is potentially lethal for horses, especially when grazing is poor. Please come and help us create a team to carefully dig these plants out by the root and then we burn them safely. The digging is not strenuous, because the root systems are t...ypically shallow, but we will work in pairs on the day, so everyone operates within their physical limitations. As usual - bring a fork if you have one - some food/drink to share for lunch / veggie BBQ supper (weather permitting) We have gloves for everyone but bring some if you have your own. Looking forward to seeing you for all / part of the Ragworth digging adventure.. ! P.S Dog friendly if your dogs are OK with other dogs/chickens/horses/emus...

I am extending an invitation to those people who have previous dry breath work experience to come together for a powerful 5-day hot & cold WATER breathwork module in mid-July.
This advanced group will be an opportunity to move through any of the old “ residual stuff” that is still hanging about getting in the way of our highest creative expression of ourselves. It is a long-awaited chance to re-group at The Greenery and re-connect with our love of conscious breathing – and e...ach other!
We will be undertaking daily water breath work sessions (hot and cold water) to support the personal clearing. It really is a good opportunity to dip your toes in, or dive deeper if water breathwork is already a modality that you find effective for your healing. There will be also be an opportunity to explore the transformative benefits of juice fasting and other profound spiritual growth techniques which support accelerated growth and development of intuitive insight.
The 5-day residential will include:
Daily water breath work sessions (receiving and facilitating) Shamanic journey of a Vision Quest. Process work to explore the imprints from the formative years; Effects of birth and early infancy upon relationships; Consciousness around death & dying Daily Agni Hotra dawn fire ceremony. Breathwork practitioner tips for those apprenticing for professional qualification.
A very juicy line–up!
Everything you need to know about the 5-day WATER module is below. I sincerely hope that the experience calls you, it would be fantastic to dive deep again together and go to the next level of our expansive growth and development potential. The module is just 5 weeks away so please jump onboard now with a deposit if you want to be on it. This is deep work, so participation is dependent upon significant previous experience in breath work.
Dates: 18-22nd July (inc.) Start time: 10.30am 18th July Completion: 16.00pm 22nd July Course fee: £565 – Deposit £120 (non-refundable) Remainder: £445 payable prior to training commencing. Accommodation: £200 (standard shared twin)

WATER is an excellent chance to re-connect with members of your spiritual breath family here at The Greenery and dance and learn and grow together once more. The venue is truly magnificent right now, at its prime in full bloom and offering a safe, secure place to let go and grow. Go for it! See you in July!

On the downside...we can't find the little pet chicks Pascal and Dolphin anywhere....on the upside, we did find one of these guys sleeping in the area we are rewilding. Could there be a connection? ;)

User

Thank you SO MUCH for the new page likes! It feels fantastic to be connecting with more people and sharing our experiences of ecological living - spiritual retreat - personal growth - animal rescue... home educating - all of this and more! Feel free to post on the wall and say hello! :)

Today Iris wanted to take Gabriel for a picnic down by the River Avon...so off we trotted with four dogs and a horse...it was a lovely couple of hours and he is becoming more and more confident on the lead rope as well as on the Evesham Road. This year we commence the gradual process of training him for riding. His temperament is very good for it, slow and gentle!

It was a special honour to host a men's retreat facilitated by Jonathan Weekes this weekend at The Greenery. This message touches my heart...it is why I work tirelessly to support people to get closer to their inner truth, to unite with their sense of authenticity, their inner purpose. Then, from that place...actions are congruent and appropriate moment-to-moment...

More evidence supporting breathing deeply with awareness...

This place is authentic in every sense. It is run by truly amazing women and offers a unique, rural setting that feels timeless and almost in a parallel universe. Staying here gives you a glimpse of living life to the full, without all the trappings of our fast-paced, consumption focused society.

Such a beautiful setting with the river for swimming, orchards and stunning valley walks nearby. And with all the energy work that goes on at the Greenery, I find it a powerful place for processing. Lovely to see how the architecture is evolving, growing into its full potential as a centre for group energy and breath work.

I love The Greenery, and even more so than the beautiful land is the amazing woman at the helm of this visionary project, dreaming a little corner of Utopia into being, in the midst of England. I have journeyed with Natalia over many years, and she has played a big part in my path of transformation. I highly recommend her, and her beautiful sacred land, a blessing that they comes as a package deal!

User

I had occasion to visit The Greenery recently and would like to pass on a few impressions. If you are concerned about, and enjoy, the eco-friendly lifestyle, then pay a visit and see it for yourself. If you like animals wandering freely and coming over to say hello - then you will enjoy The Greenery (watch out for the bad tempered cockerel, mind you). This is country living without the city frills: ideal if you want to escape, meditate on nature or just feel the earth beneath your feet.

Everyone needs some time and space to let go of 'normal' life and feel into what the next steps are. That place is The Greenery...the trees hold you, the animals comfort you, the food nourishes you, the people love you. I can't imagine my life without the healing which this space has provided me...my heart is full of gratitude for the chance to live and work here. <3
