What a wonderful, Easter break my boyfriend and I had at the Greenway! Friendly staff, relaxing spa facilities and beautiful grounds. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The staff even left us a box of ferrer rocher chocolates outside our room with a ribbon for when we woke up on Easter Sunday! What a nice touch! Our only complaint is we had to leave! It really surpassed our expectations and we are looking forward to going back one day!

What a fabulous night away. The hotel is wonderful, the spa very relaxing but what makes it special is the staff, friendly, happy and professional. Dinner was a taste bud treat with canapes, crab, amuse bouche, venison delicious. Finished off with a port in the lounge. Will be returning to the spa soon as only 10 miles from home.

What a beautiful place - impeccable service with lovely staff who make you feel at home. Fantastic rooms with every possible comfort - even camomile tea placed ready for you at bedtime! Amazing food, delicious canapés, a totally gastronomic delight served in beautiful surroundings with all the lovely extras of a luxury hotel. The spa day was equally lovely, beautiful facilities, great staff, fantastic massage, loved the open air hot tub. I love this hotel!

Valentine's dinner last night was awesome. Can't fault it in any way from beginning to end. A complimentary red rose when leaving was the icing on the cake. Exquisite food, décor and experience. Best food I've eaten in the 30 years I've lived in Cheltenham! They deserve 5 stars without a shadow of a doubt.

Stayed here on Good Friday and wanted to stay forever - a little piece of heaven. From the spa to the lounge bar to the restaurant, the staff couldn’t have made you feel any more welcome and special than what we experienced A*****. If you ever get the chance to meet Colleen, stop and say hi. Her friendliness, warm smile and professionalism is outstanding and she would do everything in her power to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. Colleen would be one of main factors i will be coming back - well done! Massage was a last minute decision and so glad we did - experienced many but this was fab and exactly what I asked for. The food beat all expectations and the waiting staff were not overbearing - very friendly. Highly recommended, go check it out 😀

Spacious well appointed room, beautiful setting, friendly attentive staff and superb food. Our Labrador was made welcome (going to beautiful countryside without her feels like an own goal but it isn't always easy although she is quiet and well behaved) and a suitable room recommended. We'd love to come again soon!!

Lovely place. Would totally recommend. We stayed one night for our 2nd wedding anniversary. They had upgraded our room and even got us a card. We enjoyed the spa and had a great massage each. Loved the hot tub in the sun or the rain.

Just back from a spa break and have to say everything was first class, the master room was fantastic, the food amazing and the staff were very professional and couldn’t do enough for you...

I visited Greenway spa yesterday as I was given a gift of a spa day for Christmas. The spa is fantastic, my full body massage was amazing and our 2 course lunch was excellent. The spa is a lovely place to to, after our treaments we sat outside in the hot tub for a while then had a swim and steam before relaxing by the pool with a drink and magazine. Lunch is served in their spa restaurant specifically for spa guests so no need to feel silly about dining in a bathrobe! The food really was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning. We will definitely be returning the the Greenway spa soon, next time hopefully for a full day!

From initial booking to what turned out to be a fabulous weekend at Greenway Hotel & Spa, everything & everybody exceeded my expectations. The venue oozes character, charm and beauty. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff/therapists were friendly, fun and knowledgable. I can't recommend Greenway Hotel & Spa highly enough... thank you for making our Birthday celebrations so special �

Booked the Romantic Hideaway in one of the stunning Master Rooms for my partners 30th Birthday. From the time we arrrived to the time we left the staff were so attentive, friendly and professional! (They even left a birthday card in the room which wasn't initially requested so was a really nice touch!) The spa was lovely, inviting and clean. When we got back ustairs from our amazing evening dinner, we found the lights has been turned on and cups with tea had been left out ready for us to have before bed. We managed to get into the spa again in the morning before having a full English breakfast. Thanks again Greenway, will see you again soon!

Beautiful place in very pretty surroundings. Facilities are lovely and staff helpful and friendly. Spa was great. Only downside: we were left waiting to be served a couple times and forgotten once. All in all would recommend and will definately be going back.

Beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. We came for our wedding anniversary and couldn’t have been looked after better. The food was fantastic as was the wine. The pool and spa are exceptional. It was a very relaxing night away and a night to remember.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Used the pool and spa facilities which were very good. Very pleased with our room, especially returning after our meal to discover the lights had been turned on, bed sheets turned back and two mugs by our bed for a bed time brew. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be returning in the future.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with top class customer service. We were greeted in the car park and welcomed in and then treated with fantastic care and service throughout our time there. A genuine miscommunication was handled with professionalism and sincerity and a very kind gesture. The spa is a beautiful place to relax and unwind and the room was stunning with gorgeous views. I would love to return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break and high quality hotel with excellent staff. Thank you Greenway Hotel and Spa.

We were treated to afternoon tea and we enjoyed what we had. Lovely old building in a pretty setting. We had enough to eat even though the cake selection were tiny bite size pieces. I always prefer afternoon tea at a regular size table and chairs and the low armchairs and small high tables didn't make for good digestion. However the tea was hot and we were given a refill. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It could have been a tad warmer but I do feel the cold.

Lovely hotel, great room very big spacious. Just found the staff a little snooty. We booked for our 10th wedding anniversary and just felt a little bit like we stuck out, and we aren't chavs lol. Very nice, but all a bit too much for us in posh overload. We wanted relaxing and small, shame a hen party took over the hot tub all afternoon. Not for us again.

Had a fabulous day. Food was amazing and the spa wonderful. Just one small niggle... my massage was in a room adjoining the gym.......the soothing background music was drowned out with noisy treadmills...not the most relaxing massage !! Would definitely come again and recommend to everyone.

A lovely Hotel & Spa ....... really couldn't fault it . We had such a lovely time there ......food , Spa , rooms , staff , ......all excellent !
