You know when you find a restaurant that just blows your mind to the point where you forget to pick up your son from school leading to an argument with your wife. This is that restaurant.

What a wonderful venue! Thank you so much Jay and your team. You managed and looked after our table of 8 with such good service even though we were one of the last bookings on a particularly busy Sunday lunchtime.

Anthony and his team excelled in the kitchen- we were all fully satiated with good food and wine in a wonderful setting.

Thank you both for a fabulous experience- we shall be back!

Utterly amazing food, brilliant atmosphere, exceptional hosts and customer service. What more could you ask for when dining out. First class service and food all the way.

This was the most memorable Lunch we've had in a long time, the menue was exquisite and the service friendly and fast, but above all was the presentation, taste and quality of the food which was wonderful. We will certainly be coming back... a lot.

My wife and daughters have visited twice before and have raved about it ,as it's a little bit out the way ,we live in Bristol ,we had the opportunity to have Sunday lunch there last week , the only disappointment is that it's not closer and that you can't stay there other than that ,if you get the chance go ��

Impressive would be an understatement the menu was like a master piece of culinary delight in its own right ! Really this was a most amazing experience. The food ambiance service & wine list was sublime yes superb top end wines but not at ridiculous prices and to give you an example of how I rate this, I would put it in a par with Alain Ducasse in Monaco ! Had the pleasure of taking my fiancée here for a birthday meal and it was amazing, champagne to get settled in then scallops 3 ways, crab 3 ways both dishes were amazing and for mains 24oz T-bone with all the trimmings now if your a red meat type of person this is the one to have! And my mrs went for the Thai green curry which was delicious and of course because it was a celebration for Pudding we went for the tasting plate presented on a happy birthday plate which was a surprise �� thank you guys and we'll see you soon.

Friendly welcome by all the staff we encountered on arrival, beautiful garden setting, live music by a talented musician, well kept Loddon Hoppit and a fine Gin collection. Scallops 3 Ways (Black Pudding & Cauliflower Purée; Grilled Chorizo & Chorizo Jam; Guacamole) was divine, I could have just kept ordering that all night! All 4 of us entirely full and satisfied. We'll be back.

We had the Thai and creamed mushroom for starters, and the menu rump and lamb for main.



And to round it off, the the man himself, apron and all, came out from the kitchen, proving it’s not just a name above the door.

went there with my partner for my 50th birthday and what a sham Antony Worrall Thompson put his name on this restaurant. The food was over priced for what you received £36 for a 9oz fillet steak and to my surprise it was on the bone with a lot of fat that's what this restaurant calls the best. The 2 stars is for the service.

The owner of this place needs to wake up ' understand what actually happens to those dogs in Korea & China & other parts of Asia!!! Ive seen it first hand as a dog meat trade campaigner & charity worker! It's NOT culture, it's barbaric torture!!! Take a look at South Korea Expose or read The Dog Meat Professionals by James Hyams to see what really goes on! We had a chance on National TV to make an impact on this horror & Mr Worrall Thompson Ballesed it up!! Take a visit to a meat farm & slaughter scene, then have a opinion 😡😡😡🐶

I would not trust someone who believes the cat and dog food horrors is fake news. What unscrupulous activity does he do to your food with no conscience? Does not deserve to have anything when does not recognize cruelty and immoral behavior.
