What a fantastic evening last night! Our Turkish ūüáĻūüá∑ Supper night on our OFYR grill went down a storm, absolutely full so apologies for having to turn people away! Thought we would share some pictures, thank you so much for coming and joining in, and giving such great feedback on our food. Blown away......words can‚Äôt describe how proud and thankful we are! This is one amazing birthday weekend!! Our lovely friend Simon completed his incredible 500 mile run yesterday at the pub for Hospice in the Weald, at our party! So proud of you Simon! Thank you everyone for all your donations. Live music here this weekend has been awesome, Dragonfly, Matt & Lavinia and Phoenix Fires, have all been fantastic! ūüé∂ Beer Festival has been going down a storm! ūüćļūüćĽ Summer kitchen has fed hundreds this weekend and so glad you have all enjoyed our food. Well, had to share this as has made our day, feeling happy and proud! Naturally Trip Advisor plays its part and has its place and of course getting good reviews on here and Google Business helps with positive reinforcement that hard work is worth it and we are lucky to have built a wonderful team here at The Greyhound but reading this one in particular has been great! Great celebrations for a special group of friends that enjoyed a 70th party ūüéČ , a fantastic band as Velvet Goldmine ūü•ĀūüéĶūüé∂ ūüé§ performed for us on the beautiful sunny ūüėé bank holiday and wonderful dancing ūüēļ ūüíÉūüŹĽ from the North Wood Morris Men & Ladies, the drizzle didn‚Äôt dampen their spirits yesterday! We held a celebration for my mums Graduation and a Stoolball end of season meal here the week after, on both occasions Fran and Richard and all the staff at the Greyhound went above and beyond to make it perfect! The food tasted delicious and looked beautiful. So happy to have this lovely pub on our doorstep, I will be recommending it to everyone for both a hearty pub dinner or a special occasion and will defiantly be spending too much time here.

We had our post wedding lunch for ourselves and a few family members and friends last wednesday . Fran and Richard couldnt have done more to make this a very enjoyable occasion for us. As well as the food being great they made us feel very welcome and laid on some lovely extra touches that we were'nt expecting. They made our speacial day even better and we cant thank you and all the staff at the Greyhound enough. Good luck for the future and look forward to seeing you both next time we are back. This pub has just reopened with new owners. The decor is outstanding, the Farm Theme runs throughout the pub, truly outstanding and imaginative. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. Great selection of beers, ales, ciders & wines plus so much more. It was an absolute pleasure to be their today on the opening day. I WILL be back. ÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅ ĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹ to try more of the drinks you have (especially the cider range :))

This is a now lovely pub after being taken over by new owners in the last year. This is my second visit and very impressed again by the welcome,service and food. The quirky decor is amusing as well. Well worth a visit.

Such a lovely atmosphere at the pub. Attention to detail is fantastic and lunch was delicious. Highly recommend!!

So great that Fran ventured out to set up her own place with Richard. I always thought she should. The results - a homely, warm, cosy and quirky special place. We popped in for lunch and had some super grub. Home cooking, very yummy. Everything home made and great value. Do visit it's lovely!

Lovely newly refurbished to excellent standards, and amazing landlords, really worth a visit, peaceful location, great beer garden and restaurant

Lovely atmosphere, beautifully decorated. Very pleasant welcome by the owner. Great selection of drinks including local produce, and a decent menu. Delighted that this is my new local.

Just reopened as of the 15 July. Totally revamped and refurbished and it shows! Lovely decor and excellent quirky touches throughout. Beer, cider and wine selection great and the hosts - Rich and Fran - fantastic!

Here on holiday in the UK from Australia, travelling through Kent on Saturday we found this little gem , A wonderful old English pub with great beer and excellent food I understood from the very friendly owners that this was their opening day . Well if this is the standard of their service they will without doubt have a very successful tenure . Thanks for a great day , and I will definitely recommend this pub to all my friends.

Food provenance is important to me and the owners epitomise the very ethos of local food, rearing, butchering and then cooking - beef, lamb and pork! Not forgetting lovely service to boot! ÔŅĹ

Excellent choice of local independent beer . Set in a wonderful village in the heart of Kent. Fran and Richard have sourced local independent suppliers and have a vision to keep everything local and sustainable. Wonderful pub and fantastic hosts

Called in for a quick drink on SUnday, its superb. Great range of beer and cider, and the place looks a lot more inviting. Garden has also been sorted so plenty of outside space.

Beautifully refurbished pub. Warm, welcoming and cosy. Great home cooked food and fab range of local ales. So lucky to have this pub on our doorstep!

Beautifully Tasty, freshly cooked Food. Even though it was very busy, our meals were served speedily with the staff having a excellent knowledge of the locally sourced ingredients!! Would definitely eat there again & thoroughly recommend ‚≠źÔłŹ‚≠źÔłŹ‚≠źÔłŹ‚≠źÔłŹ‚≠źÔłŹ

Beautiful setting, gorgeous decor, vast array of local drinks - alcoholic and soft, bar snacks aplenty - a lovely place to spend a few hours and can't wait to return in a few weeks when food is available.
