New Yorker is the one! Highly Recommended

I wish I hadn't tried the new yorker.. now every time I think of it I dribble a stream! #lehlan newyorker, any pizza washed back with a can of rio you'll be in mad love with this dunya! I highly recommend!

I got the steak and rice absolutely loved it. Its a shame am not from Derby.

I always love the food from here it's delicious but the delivery service I have experienced tonight is terrible ..... I pre ordered food on just eat and it got canceled was only made aware as i checked my emails i pre ordered to make sure food was here to feed my kids at reasonable time 6pm. I then ordered though the website direct n called to make sure they recieved ordered explained the mess up with just eat the bloke on fone told me 45 mins to 1 hr at most I still have 4 starving kids n it's 8pm n no food .... was told at 7.30 it was just leaving it's discusting



The food is always perfect and after speaking to a nice more helpful bloke on the phone he couldn't be more apologetic and has compensated me for the mess up . I order from here all time and this has been the first time it has happened will not affect me ordering agen

Had the New Yorker last night, absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly, would recommend everyone trying it.

Don't know why I waited so long to order from here! The New Yorker burger and Peri peri chicken were exceptional. I know my Asian food so generally always stick to places I know but I will definitely be coming back here. The service was great and the food ready in next to no time! Highly recommended.

absolute shocking i ordered food off the website, they took my order, took money from my account, i then get a text to say they aren't delivering then refuse to give me my money back..... the so called managers attitude its DOGSHIT no apology, not even attempted to sort a solution... never will i ever order from these dirty robbin twats again! rang back to be called an immature brat!!!

Unbelievably Bad..

I ordered a meal on 'just eat' at 9:10pm. I had ordered nearly £25 worth of food. The time of delivery was for 10:35pm. My order wasn't difficult to complete. 10:35pm had come and still no sign of the food. I rang the store to check up on the order and I was told that it was going to be coming soon, but they had sold out on chips and chicken strips. I hadn't received a phone call to explain my order wasn't to be complete when/if it arrived. When I asked what would be in its place the guy offered me chicken breast instead but nothing to place the chips. I requested a cheesey nan instead and he wasn't sure if he could do the exchange. Reluctantly he agreed to a the change for free. Even though it wasn't my fault they have sold out of the items I had ordered over hour and a half ago. If it wasn't for me ringing them up I wouldn't haven't know my order was going to be incomplete. The excuse I was given, that they were really busy tonight and was trying there best. They shouldn't have carried on taking orders knowing that the food had already been sold to an online customer. When asked what time they would deliver the order, I was told 11:00pm which is there closing time.

11:00pm had come and still no sign of the food, so I rang the store again to check up on the order for a second time and was told it's on its way and give it a couple of minutes. We finally received our food at 11:20pm. Nearly a whole hour later than it was meant to be! In the end I only paid £20 for the order. But I feel this doesn't excuse the mess up on there behalf! Shocking service!!

I checked my 'just eat' account and it says the order was completed and delivered, even though I still hadn't received my food. This was clearly to keep there ratings up.

Rang up to order, asked if a new yorker was beefburger told yes so ordered that. Food came what I got was not a beef burger it was a chicken burger with what they called beef steak strips caked in sauce when I specifically asked for no sauce and dripping in grease. Rang up to be called a liar by the manager when it was his idiot staffs fault. He resorted to being cocky sexist and told me to bring the food back myself.



After him arguing with me he spoke to my partner then acted cocky with him saying it was my fault and he wouldn't correct the order unless I apologised. Yes I argued back but who wouldn't especially when told he's not arguing with an emotional female.Also repeatedly told to come to the shop if I had a problem. Fat chance of either. Reporting this ridiculous business and theyre disgusting attitude!



Now wasting money to order from elsewhere

Ordered food....order declined due to no driver but money taken out of bank,I offered to collect then when it got to it they hadn't the even cooked it because they were refunding (apparently) they didn't even call to tell me which wasted a further 45mins...took 3 days and 4 phone calls to manager to get money back and to top it off this is the second time this has happened but I have them a break the first time....never again�
