Went here yesterday with kids for lunch before the panto. The food was lovely and came out hot and fresh. The staff were so friendly and helpful and because I had little ones, I was asked if I wanted to order at the table rather than go to the bar. Great atmosphere and felt quite relaxed when I left. Thankyou and merry christmas to you all.

User

Really friendly and welcoming. Had a fab time over may bank holiday weekend really relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast has a great choice of English and cereals and well prepared.

The rooms are clean. spacious and well equipped with en suite facilities and tea coffee, kettle, hairdryer, etc.

There is entertainment every night and you can get up and boogie to all the hits of the decades covering most genres.

Great for families and small dogs too.

Well done the team for making our short stay a relaxed and entertained one.

Thanks Karen for bringing us here x

three adults, one child lunch-time "snack" , 3 x TRIPLE deck sarnies, complete with salad and crisps, kids nuggets chips and peas plus 2 extra plates of chips, far too much even for a glutton like me, EXCELLENT VALUE and restaurent presentation and quality

User

Sorry guys and thankyou whilst we enjoyed the afternoon and evening I can only give you 6/10 for Christmas Day lunch. The atmosphere and decorations absolutely stunning the turkey was cooked to perfection, but only Luke warm no cranberry or bread sauce was offered, fantastic cheese boards

User

Karaoke guy only lets regulars sing people wait n wait while 3 rounds from same people go up n new people still aint sang.... other then that was a alright night just need a better system on karaoke

User

Went for a meal, not very nice food. Mash potatoes my daughter had were lumpy, jacket potato must have been cooked in a microwave that I had and the lasagna was over cooked

User

Was a little disappointed as some of food was overcooked and hard, also asked the person dishing up the carvery for veggie gravy and she rudely said no. Asked the waitress for veggie gravy and she went and got some. Have had previous meals with no problems.

User

The main meal was ok, but the roast potatoes weren't the best, the fruit crumble was very powerdery and didn't taste very nice. Most of our party that had the crumble didn't finish it off. The radio playing in the background wasn't tuned in properly or reception wasn't very good, so the station kept fading in and out. The positive: the staff were very smart and very helpful

User

Staff lovely but after waiting for 40 minutes for food had to ask where it was. Offered a complimentary drink due to wait. Food was perfect though when it arrived

My dad and myself were on a tour of LIncolnshire and we stayed here on Saturday night. We had a very pleasant stay but there are a few things that need working on. The aged lift is very small and can barely fit two people. There is very little car parking. I would say that the hotel needs a serious refurbishment as the decor and some of the facilities are dated.
