as an ale drinker this is by far the best pub in ealing for me , the selection is always great , the food is first class and the bar staff are fantastic

The absolute best roast dinner I have ever had. Amazing staff and a great selection of ales and beers, all in all a great day out.

My wife and I always pop by on a Sunday for the beautiful Trio Roast, the best Ive tasted and probably the best in Ealing. The music is always great and always a great vibe. A big bonus its dog friendly as well. Jo is always super friendly and really a great to see her when we are here. Feels like old friends.

Just reopened, food is great and charming service to go with it. Definitely recommend

Haven't visited The Grove in a long while, since I use to work in Ealing. We were part of the wedding guests on St Patricks day. First impressions, cosy, warm, modern with a slight rustic feel to the decor. I love the chandelier and the dining area at the back. Lavatories were clean and well maintained for the duration of our stay! I hate dirty toilets! If a simple PUBLIC area isn't clean, then I tend wonder what happens in the kitchen? I then proceed to check for the food hygiene rating! Great space allocated for the event and the service was friendly and well organised. Ben and his team are brilliant. An asset to The Grove! They coped well under pressure and were very attentive to our party. Good system serving the mains, ensuring each table had their orders correct and within reasonable/quick time. Food was lovely. Good gastro pub grub! I love the chunky chips! I know this will sounds strange, but they were delicious! A lovely afternoon and everything was well orchestrated. Ben is my favourite manager now, in Ealing! 🤗

Great local pub with friendly team. Fantastic food in restaurant and the little hidden garden out the back is a great place to soak up the sun (weather dependant!). The pub quiz is an absolute must! �

Great beer and wine, great food, good value and the service is also friendly.

Fantastic Pub, excellent food and service!!! It is definetly my favourite place to go in Ealing.

The staff is so friendly and we really appreciate the attention. We have a small dog that always comes to the pub with us and they always make us feel super welcome! Specially one of their employees, Joana. Thank you so much, we will definetly keep coming back!

A lovely pub very relaxing, but would be even better with some live music over the weekend.

Usually enjoy the Grove but last night was a disappointment. Supposed to be their relaunch with a bbq but didn’t tell anyone they cancelled the bbq. We decided to stay and have dinner there anyways, but found out they add a 12.5% table service to the bill. Before you’ve even had the table service, generally think this is unfair to customers...

The new make over is great but the toilets are still very poor. Thankfully the smell no longer lingers into the bar area but the cubicles and basin area is still messy and it doesn't appear to be attended as often as it should be.

Used to be my fave W5 pub. Whilst I sit here listening to the most mediocre to appalling covers band I have ever heard I question whether I should return.



If I was dining in the restaurant area I would be furious.

The worst pub ever... That little bold manager was so angressive to all of us tonight and actually he was threatening his customers... Disgusting behavior, lame service. It was my first time and last time... sad to see a 60 years old looser behind a bar acting like that and calling him self a manager....

Staff was over worked and not attentive, on top of that poor Customer skills. Spoilt night for me and my party

Order a bowl of fries with our drinks and the world's smallest bowl of miserable fries arrived.... for £3.50 I was horrified. Will not be returning.
