What it lacks in ambience, it makes up for with reasonably priced food and drink.

It's always got really nice Staff who work hard and are ultra helpful if needed

Went on Wednesday chicken day . chicken was tough only 6 chips and tiny bowl coleslaw definitely not worth money

Something for everyone on their menus, me and my daughter while out shopping nipped in, lots of seating and a good atmosphere. Great prices and the food is perfect, we were equally pleased to see there is a whole menu for vegetarian & vegan lovers.

Had some really good meals here for a great price and its a nicely furnished building but it often seems under staffed so food can sometimes be served cold or tables not cleared.
At busy times its hard to get served.
Also some of the staff seem great while others can be rude or abrupt.

Go here every Sunday morning for breakfast before work. When will I ever learn!! Breakfast is nearly always cold. Eggs are absolutely freezing as is mushroom and tomatoes.. The toilets are always in a terrible state with broken locks no cubicle lights for nearly 3 weeks. Missing toilet seat and no toilet paper. Even tried putting in an official complaint but they didn't bother replying.

Much improved over our last visit. More staff on the bar, and serving, the tables were being cleared as they should be and the food was hot and not burnt. A return to form.

Generally quite rude staff although to be fair there are are one or two awesome members who hold up the team. Customer service is awful as soon as its busy. Food missing from orders, short changed by the duty manager on two occasions. wasted underage drinkers (one once seen carried out the back door by staff and left on the street once). It's saving grace is that it's cheap and if you don't mind food from the grill or the microwave then your ordered meal tends to turn up pretty quickly and doesn't taste bad. It isn't Sudbury worst watering hole but it is possibly the worst weatherspoons I've been in. My particular pet hate is being served last orders and then being kicked out almost immediately afterwards.
