Amazing place...a must see

Wonderful knowledge and very grateful staff

Great experience containing detailed information on the Guards' units, history, and explanations. Staff were friendly and played the welcome video as soon as I started. Could have benefited from a warning that they do not allow photography, rather than being told after. Cost for an adult is 6£ (3£ for students) - worth it given the amount of unfunded work out into it.

We were very late arriving and Andrew Wallace was just about to close thankfully he let us in anyway for a look around. Outstanding exhibition of the Guards

Just passing, I knew last admissions had gone in, I wasn't interested in visiting today, just getting information. I'd barely put my foot through the gate when I was rudely stopped by someone lazing about outside. No, "hello", no ,'I'm sorry, but...", He could've been anyone. Obviously thought I was some thick tourist he could get away with being rude to. Asking who he was before telling him my business, he said he was Andrew Wallace, and the curator. How nice for you, I thought, but you need to be more welcoming of visitors - perhaps especially tourists. You don't know who I am, not that it matters, but how do you know I'm not a concierge, or tour guide, etc. I asked for any literature and was told very abruptly that they don't give our any information. I was polite, but made up my mind that I would NEVER visit our recommend this place to anyone. Unfriendly, unwelcoming, unwelcoming, and unworthy of tourism. Go elsewhere for a friendlier London, because you won't find it here. And that's from the curator (if that's who he really was).

Thought about popping in on the way past recently with some family and friends until we found out it would be £6 each to get in...I thought museums were free? Heading off to Hendon to visit The RAF Musuem, now that's a real museum, free entrance and free parking.too

Ticket office is cash only. Shame you can't pay with card.

Unannounced Closure on day it should have been open, staff were rude, needed a toilet urgently and wasted journey.

Guards have served and they deserve a great respect
