As the colours of the season are currently changing from the brightness of greens and blues to the warmth of oranges and reds, it is hard to not think of thick woolly jumpers and endless mugs of herbal teas while the rain begins its dance with the furious winds of the North, bringing with it the cold, icey fingertips of frost to our mornings. This time of year, the month of September, is perfect for self- love. Time to take stock, reflection and embracing ourselves for who we are. The Autumn Equinox is fast approaching, that perfect balance of night and day, reminds us to balance our minds as well as our bodies. Count your blessings and celebrate your own personal harvest as we move towards the darker side of the year.
