Massive THANK YOU to every single person who came today and supported our the event. Athletes, Judges Helpers, Vendors and Spectators. You guys make these days special. We hope you all enjoyed the day, made some new friends, ate some good food, bought yourselves a new T Shirt!
We always have such fun, and love to see how you guys work your socks off, doing things you didn't think were possible and pushing limits at every opportunity.
If this was your first comp, then we hop...e that you have had a great experience, and are keen to do it again some time soon!
This is our sport, and we love it!

Big congrats to Crossfit Wycombe for topping the podium with some impressive wins, CrossFit Fareham in second place and CrossFit Southampton for their sterling efforts in third. A special thanks to CrossFit Aldermaston for picking up The Spirit Of The Games award.

... Athletes Brief will be at 8:15am with WOD 1 starting at 9am sharp.
The weather is looking promising, no rain!! But bring your shelter, chairs and an extra layer or two to keep warm.
Remember, Sneaky Duck Catering is with us all day for Breakfast and Lunch, and The Barbell Coffee Company will be keeping us suitably caffeinated from early doors!

Super excited to let you know that we have found an exciting little catering van: Sneaky Duck Catering, with an even more exciting menu, who will be coming along for the day to feed you all. From a Glazed Bacon, Smashed Avo and Poached Egg Bagel to BBQ Slow Cooked Pulled Chicken Burrito with Pomegranate Wild Rice, these guys will have you covered all day for food!
A new business venture by Jamie and his team of very talented chefs, they are polishing up street food and serving it in a brilliant kitchen housed in a modern yet beautifully decorated van. GO CHECK THEM OUT!

We are unfortunately having to look for another food vendor, and we are struggling to find anyone. Would anyone know of a local Pizza Van, BBQ, Burito or Salad Bar that might be interested in coming along for the day to help feed some hungry CrossFitters. Please tag anyone that you may know!

Always such a fun event for spectators and support crew to come along to. As with every year we don’t charge for this, just bring along your moral, your shouty voice and get behind all of the teams taking part. This may be their very first experience of competition and we want to make sure everyone leaves with a great big smile on their faces!
