We are a small business based in Northumberland making and selling our own recipe "Happy Paella" to our customers in and around the north of England. We attend Markets, festivals and food fairs and are available for all kinds of parties and weddings etc. All of the ingredients used in our "Happy Paella" are sourced locally and are fresh as can be.
