AWFUL AWFUL MEDICAL SURGERY!!!

When I was in my 2nd trimester of my 3rd pregnancy I had been having heavy bleeding, considering I never had this with my last 2 pregnancies I was very concerned and worried. Rang the Doctors to make an appointment and they refused me because there was 'no appointments available' - even after explaining the situation the woman on the phone told me it was normal and did not need to see anyone. Straight after they put the phone down on me I rang the hospital and they told me to get up the hospital ASAP. Luckily the baby was fine but even the nurses were shocked the doctors had turned me away as pregnancy should make me a priority to be seen regardless of what the problem is.

However, my baby boy was born, everything has been perfect but as all babies, 8wk vaccinations were now due. Appointment was made for me and baby to be seen at half 3 and his vaccinations at half 4.
When I walked in after rushing around with 3children, a baby, a toddler under 2yrs and an elder child, I had my first appointment, signed forms for baby, only to be told 45mins later after sitting in the waiting room for babies injections with a crying hungry baby, my toddler and older child getting impatient, the nurse decided to come through and say 'You didnt bring babies birth certificate so I can't do it'. At this point Im a little aggitated as I had told the lady at the reception I forgot his certificate and it took them 45mins to tell me this!. Anyway, as she said 'I will have do rebook for another day, you should come into the room and I shall sort it in there'. But becaused I refused to push the pram into the room as It was easier to sort out putting toddler into his pushchair and getting baby in his sling whilst getting everyones coats on in the waiting room where I was On my own anyway, She sarcastically made a comment suggesting I see her manager as im being 'rude'. I was not being rude by saying 'no its ok I shall sort everyone out here and I will sort babies vaccines out later'. Sadly as a mother with 3 kids that are being an absolute pain all you want to do is get them home and settled.

This is not the first time staff have been rude and made slide remarks towards me and I am sick of it, I have constantly gritted my teeth and now Iv just had enough of being spoken down too by your staff!
If I had done something wrong I could understand and I have always been that type to apologise if I thought I was doing something wrong, so to be told I was being rude and being spoken too in a disgusting manner is unfair!

Hopefully I shall be moving home to a completely different area and will never have to step foot into this medical practice again, and hope the next doctors I sign upto are nowhere near as bad as this one. Luckily from reviews I have read about the one I should be moving too is lovely!

Can't get an appointment, can't get prescription. Not very friendly staff...

Needed a prescription signed for urgently due to a medical condition - not signed on the day which causes a risk for my health. Telephone waiting times were awful - rang over 5 times and no answer or helpful response. Also can never get an emergency appointment (when not required to go to hospital) also only 3 doctors at the surgery - ridiculous.
