Monkey bars are not so easy in your 40s!!! It’s the final countdown! As Team THC is ramping up the training, we all have slightly different approaches. I have Coach Leary @tonyzumba123 who gets great pleasure from seeing me trying to navigate my way round a kids playground! I even have an injury which he is not very sympathetic to.... But that said, I think all training should be this fun!! Tomorrow we’re in the River Lea 🥶 Nuclear Races here we come!

That’s us! With kids on Easter hols but many of us still needing to get work done we find coworking has been a 👌 solution for many working parents. We know from experience it’s not always easy to work from home. Scheduling work days in a workspace like THC increases overall productivity, helps keep work focussed and away from home / kids.
