The Health Experience Description
Both Paul Johnson and Paul Lambeth are committed to supporting people achieve their potential by maintaining their health or helping those recovering from ill health.
Paul Lambeth has over thirty years’ experience of practicing as a health educator. He turned to focusing on his own health and wellbeing after a difficult period in his life and by investing in his health and that of his family it has brought enormous benefits. Paul has now dedicated his adult life to sharing and supporting others to achieve their full potential.
Paul regularly gives talks and runs workshops to groups ranging from the Women’s Institute to The Football Association. He is an all-round health coach; he is an engaging speaker and innovative tutor, and his simple and straightforward guidance has enabled numerous individuals to achieve greater health and wellbeing.
Paul Johnson has over ten years’ experience of studying and practicing in the area of health and wellbeing after he suffered from a tumour that developed inside his spine. After taking advice from several health professionals, which included making changes to the food he ate as well as other lifestyle changes; the tumour has never returned which is testimony to how good food can have such a positive impact on health.
At the Health Experience we always run our courses and workshops in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere while at the same time being highly informative. The classes are also offered at a reasonable cost.
The majority of courses operate from the unique setting at the Rising Sun organic Farm which has new purpose built teaching facilities that is ideal for running our health wellbeing courses.
