On Friday 17th April, Judith, Krystyna and Clare are hosting Pilates, Pamper & Peace at Your Place from 7-9pm.
The evening will involve:
🧘🏻‍♀️ Pilates (with me.. just simple moves)
... 💤 Relaxation (with Krys who has recently qualified in hypnotherapy!)
💆‍♀️🦶Teaching how to do skincare, facial, foot spa and reflexology tips! (with Judith - all you’ll need is a washing up bowl and whatever skin care products you have in your bathroom.)
This will be over zoom and places are limited to 20.
We are not charging, but you do need to make a donation to our just giving page (all money going to NHS) and then we will give you a link to register for the event 😘😘
