To offer a welcoming supportive group where parents-to-be can sit down over herbal tea's and nutrious snacks. Connect with other parents locally, discuss your pregnancy with specialist pregnancy therapists, coaches and teachers all trained in pregnancy treatments and classes. We aim to build awareness locally of what alternative options people have to aid a healthy pregnancy. The group meets at The Sussex Osteopath and Complimentary Health Clinic, Hurstpeirpoint.
