Thank you for making our first brunch such a fab morning. Topped off by hosting a first birthday party for Eva. Our first ever baby.. shower we held on our opening weekend in 2017... Apologies if you had an extra wait for food & drink today. We hadn't expected to have been so busy. Poor Nicole did a grand job with 25 odd hungry customers decending all at once .😊😍 Back for brunch next weekend. Xx

Yesterday we had a picnic box and it was amazing. Everything was beautiful and very good value for money. I can highly recommend them. Every visit to The hidden bakery is a delight. Thanks to all the lovely people who work there ♡

Wow! What a brunch! Been following The Hidden Bakery on Facebook for a while and finally got to go. Me, my partner and my 18month old daughter went for brunch, made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door and from then on everything was 5* the service, the food and the price, we even bought some passion fruit curd (which we will share a pic once we have used it to made something ) the price was so good I even checked on calculator in the car after we left �, couldn’t believe such a quality meal for that price. This is a must visit place! Cannot wait to visit again.

Went with my husband and son Thursday - exceeded expectations. Cakes and scones were lovely (especially the scone!) and even the drinks were delightful, we loved the vanilla frap and earl grey creme! We also came away with some bread after salivating over the next tables meal! Highly recommend and defo going back!

Went here this afternoon with my husband, whilst waiting to watch our son play at the nearby football ground.

We had a couple of Early Grey teas, a Rice Krispie slice and a Brownie. Great character and style inside the cafe, with friendly and efficient service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, and yes, we'll definitely be back!!

We were in yesterday, food was beautiful, service was friendly and we met the owners mother and had our dinner sat with her.... had the most amazing laugh with her.... what a character �..... loved the idea of the share table... meet strangers and leave friends... something we in this country arnt good at BUT WE SHOULD BE. What can I say.... an all round fabulous time there. Will DEFINITELY be returning xxx

We had the picnic boxes, they were AMAZING!!! So worth the money, everything in them were so yummy!!! We will definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend them!!

So it was my first visit, much anticipated after fab reviews and you did not let us down the food was divine, service was fantastic and a fab atmosphere! We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return! Thanks for a lovely experience, and I must add the prices are very reasonable for the quality of everything too. Definitely recommend the hiltop one pot breakfast �

Really enjoyed your Italian night, a great little venue with lovely owners. The food was tasty and plentiful, in fact we struggled eating it all but gave it a good go! I’m not really a dessert person but you changed all that last night! Thanks for looking after us all. �

My friend and I stopped by for the first time today. We had the full breakfast and coffee and tea. Everything was amazing, so tasty and presented beautifully. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the cakes looked amazing. We were too full from our breakfast, but we took away some for later. Can’t wait to stop by again, thanks for having us x

Me and my girlfriend visited your establishment for the first time the other week and have came in whenever possible since. The service is wonderful, and although recently we had to wait for a table (due to the popularity of the place) we were treated wonderfully by staff and customers alike (we were even offered complementary drinks!) and the food is excellent. Head and shoulders the nicest place I can think of in Nottingham to nip in for a bite. Don’t go changing!

Lovely little place to call for excellent coffee and cake,tried the salted caramel brownie and did not disappoint,I also purchased some bread rolls and were lovely,just how bread should taste,not like supermarket rubbish.

Just found this place by accident (it's hidden...) and thought we'd give it a go. So glad we did. We're a vegetarian family and so the choice of food on a late Saturday afternoon was limited but the Portabello mushroom and halloumi burger was delicious, the chips were perfect, the pudding was gorgeous and the coffee excellent. What more could you want. Lovely atmosphere too and some cool music.

Had the pleasure of paying this little gem a visit on Sunday for a private birthday party. It is simply a wonderful place. The food was fantastic. The surroundings were lovely. And the service was simply amazing. As were the owners. Wish you were closer to us. Would be a regular for sure. For anyone that lives close by, you must go check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Had one of the dirty burgers, it was outstanding! The staff are always really friendly and the food is excellent value for money.

By far the best customer service, best quality of food, and best sized portions I have ever experienced. Fantastic exclusive events, even made to feel fantastically welcome even with a rowdy 18 month old on a Sunday morning. The coffee is on another level! It was so good my partner even enjoyed it without sugar. Their desserts are marvelous, creative, luxurious on every level. I can not fault them. You are truly a local star business. Keep it coming!

Amazing breakfasts - especially the waffles 🤤

It’s become our go-to place after park run on a Saturday and the service and staff are always wonderful!

If this review was purely on the food it would be an easy 5*! Had to lose a point for set up of the tables though- one long table for 6 people rather than three smaller tables for couples - if there were more people in a group you could always push them together. The problem with the big table is there could be two couples seated at either end and you’d have to push behind to get to the middle and clash elbows with strangers. Seating is limited anyway as it’s a very small area, so don’t expect to always be guaranteed a table. Food though- incredible! My husband ate as I wasn’t hungry and he had the Hilltop One Pot (full English). It was served on a hot plate on top of a wooden slab- beautiful presentation and the food was piping! All cooked fresh (takes a while as you’d expect) and all very tasty from the sausages to the mouthwatering fresh bread. Tea was also really good value (you get a pot with around 4 cups in for £2). Surroundings were great and loved the bluesy music. I can’t wait to go back and try the food for myself!
