Congratulations to Sarah Holland who has been with The Hollies for 10 years! Known affectionately as JK (in reference to JK Rowling for her literary and grammar skills), SJH and Sar Bear. There are probably more, as Sarah is a popular member of The Hollies team.
In June 2009, Sarah joined the team during the summer having finished University. That summer job has never ended, much to our relief!

Introducing one of our newer suppliers is Tony's Chocolonely. Tony’s are a unique Dutch company who first set up in 2002.
We have the small and large bars available in both our Lower Stretton and Little Budworth Farm Shops.
We are currently stocking their milk chocolate, caramel and sea salt milk chocolate, dark chocolate with almond and sea salt, hazelnut milk chocolate and their dark milk pretzel toffee flavour.

Our Cheese of the Month for July is the delicious Mrs Kirkham’s Lancashire.
A traditional two-day curd method is used to make the cheese, giving it a buttery, yoghurty flavour with a light texture that melts in the mouth.

It's new menu day at The Deli Bar at Little Budworth!

Introducing our Sahara Trekkers! This October five of Team Hollies are taking on a challenge to raise awareness and most importantly, money for St Luke's Cheshire Hospice.
A 50km trek across the Sahara Desert. Sweltering heat by day (around 37 degrees!), freezing temperatures by night (around zero!), no toilets, no showers (just a pack of baby wipes!) no hair straighteners, no comfy bed – no 5-star Hollies luxury there! They’ll be scaling sand dunes whilst carrying their water and daily provisions, gaining an insight into the vast and diverse landscape of the Sahara, camping under the stars and learning all about the Berber way of life.

This photograph of Team Hollies was taken in 2007 at an awards night in Manchester! After previously winning a Tourism Award earlier that year, we were invited to represent Cheshire in the category 'Taste of the Northwest'. We lost to Liverpool but still had a fantastic time!

On the 18th of July 32 by The Hollies are holding a Rosé Wine Tasting Dinner held by Rodney Densem Wines. Enjoy an array of different Rosé wines in a relaxed, friendly setting and a delicious five-course tasting menu for the evening.
