The Hollies Residential Home Description

The Hollies works under a philosophy of care that dictates that all residents shall live in a safe and comfortable environment, where they are treated with respect and equality, irrespective of their needs and backgrounds and in an environment of trust and familiarity.

We believe it’s extremely important to promote independence and understand that all of our residents should be treated as individuals so every person living with us has a plan of care designed around their requirements and preferences, granting them choice in all aspects of their daily routine. We also welcome regular visits from family and friends.

To ensure that our high standard of care is maintained, an independent quality assurance system is in place.

The Hollies is registered with the Quality Care Commission (CQC). Click to read our most recent CQC assessment reports.

As you all know the garden party is in less than 5 weeks time, we are keeping it more of a celebration this year instead of a fete so stalls and games will be kept to a minimum, however we are going to be hosting a raffle as always and hold a "bottle tombola"
We are looking for donations, big or small, for both games. Perhaps you have some left over unopened christmas gifts or gift vouchers you wont use?
For the bottle tombola we will be looking for bottled drinks of all va...riety's, soft, alcohol, kids, water etc...
Please bring any donations to The Hollies office where they will be gratefully received

😀 Help required 😀 I have so many of our fabulous ladies knitting squares now that I have got behind with the sewing together process. Can anyone help me? I probably have enough squares for 2/3 blankets. These blankets will then be delivered to Battersea Dogs 🐕 Home. A charity close to my heart 💓
... If you can spare a little bit of your time to help please comment below or find me at the Hollies Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Thank you Tamara x

Tomorrow is a special day for the Hollies family. Our very own Becky gets married to her fiancé John. Becky has worked at The Hollies for 7 years and is now a team leader and a big part of our team. I am sure friends and relatives of our residents and staff have many good wishes to give to her so I thought let’s do it tonight, when there’s more of a chance she’ll get to read them! I think she might be busy tomorrow. Congratulations Becky we are all sure you’ll have a great day! 💕 👰🏻 🎩 💒 🍸 🍾
