Wonderful customer service from this company. I ordered a wizard junior high sleeper for my daughter and had several communications with Rachel over the phone and email. She could not have been more helpful and we are absolutely delighted both with the bed (which our daughter adores!) and the great experience of dealing with this company. Would highly recommend to others.

What an amazing company !! We won bunk beds from a facebook co.petition earlier this year. They are amazing and my little boy loves them. Delivery was quick and the team are so lovely to deal with.

Purchase the bed a few month ago but thought I would try it out for a while so I would be able to give a full review.



Firstly buying the bed and the information I received. I choose to buy from this company has James was so helpful he asked me multiple question about were the bed was to go as it needed a lot of room to build he instructed me to try and get a double mattress up my stairs before buying has the mattress base was in one piece. James could not have been more informative and helpful.



The delivery was sooner then stated, and the delivery man was very helpful carried every box up my stairs single handed. He also give advice on taking ones time when putting the bed together, which came in very useful has there is so many parts to the bed and some could be done wrong if you was to rush.



The building of the bed. There was no order so all boxes had to be opened and each part identified and each part had to have its fixtures added.

This bed is not for the light hearted to attempt to build , however anyone who enjoys flat pack assembly like myself its a joy to build, like doing a giant puzzle.

The instructions I thought were clear just the bottom shelve took a little working out. If I was to do a second one I would be a lot quicker.



The bed it self. The bed I purchased for my self a 53 year old women with lots of hobby’s and no space so before I had the bed was room was full and looked unsightly.faults the odd night I might loss a pillow but I do have the bed side-on. The door to the foot can be hard to shut and this is down to my new carpet i need to do a few adjustments. The storages is fantastic never had such a tidy room. Very comfortable, wished I would have known about this bed years ago.

Most excellent customer service from James. Beds were good value for money. Delivery was super fast. Ordered lunchtime on Thu, arrived lunchtime Fri. Can't fault this transaction.

In a day and age where customer service and after sales is more often disappointing, frustrating and substandard at its best! I take my hats off to this small family run company. My dealings with James have been a breath of fresh air, with exceptional communication, an excellent ‘personal’ customer service, and a genuine desire to look after you because they care; long after completion of sale, even if it is a bank holiday!



I purchased a Mid-sleeper for my son, just before Christmas, unfortunately, tradesmen in my property caused irreparable damage to my sons mid-sleeper, and one call to James, surpassed all my expectations. He took all the stress and headache away and within hours, and late in the day before most of us would be shutting shop for the bank holiday, James was happy to spend all the time I needed on the phone dissecting a complex instruction manual, because I quite frankly didn’t have a clue! He found me the best and most cost effective outcome that he could make possible for me, with no financial gain for himself! Which I appreciate greatly! Thank you so much! I highly recommend this small family firm, who still care and will do everything possible to help you long after the sale has been completed �

I recently bought two Thuka Trendy high sleepers. I dealt with James the whole time and his communication was excellent, and the price was the best I could find anywhere. Not only that but delivery was within very tight timescales so I could surprise my 7-year old daughters for their birthday.

Excellent product and the girls just love the high sleepers. Bit tricky getting them to bed these days as they're so excited....

I bought the Kids Avenue Ninety bunk bed. This was a new design so we had to wait a little longer than expected for delivery but we were kept informed every step of the way. Once the bed was available it was delivered as quickly as possible. The bed is fantastic and my daughters love it. An excellent service and great value for money!

Excellent service on the purchase of my boys beds Stompa Casa 4 & 6 and a Truka Trendy 29. The 2 lads that delivered and assembled were great, very friendly yet extremely professional at the same time. 3 hours to build 3 complex bed units - well worth the extra payment.

James tells you what you want to hear upon selling the item you require. After paying over £900 for our daughters bed, as I was persuaded by James, that they deal directly with the supplier and I should buy with them as the delivery will be “planned in advance directly from the manufacturer “ a hire van turned up with two van men, who proceeded to throw others peoples furniture on the road whilst that rooted for ours. The boxes were wet and damaged, the bed slats weren’t even packaged. After a heated phone call with James who turns very nasty when he doesn’t like what he hears, he eventually arranged a new delivery of the slats the next day. Be careful dealing with this company, there very quick to pass the buck. I have photos to prove it.
