You are the reason that makes me wish for the day that we can be all together again laughing joking and exchanging gossip again .Technology is incredible with Facebook,Messenger,FaceTime,WhatsApp etc . that there is never a day without talking or seeing someone.😁Thankyou so much everyone and all . Good morning to all our fantastic customers.Two weeks have passed since we had to go into lockdown.Things have certainly changed in the world we live in.Times like this makes you truly appreciate the good times we have had in The Horse with the red Umbrella.How I miss the banter ,laughs and most of all the cuddles.The mostly important thing for all of us to do is Stay Indoors and Stay Safe and Healthy.Doing this daily then we can all get back together at The Horse.Keep busy ,love your love ones and hope to see you sooner than later.Xxxxxx

Yesterday was a very Emotional day!The love,generosity and understanding given by our customers and friends to my staff and I had me in tears .You are all special people who have entered Frankie and myself lives and made us better for it!I wouldn’t be surprised if we are not here next week but if we are we shall open to give back some of the love that has come our way.God bless you all and keep strong and healthy!!!Xxxxxxxxx

Hi everyone and all,after last nights speech on the Retail business I thank the Chancellor for the freeze on business rates for a year.Most welcome!There was hardly any news on paying ones rent.Also the £10000 grant what interest rates do we pay back as in the loan if and when I need.Also the statement of Avoid restaurants etc has totally confused the customers of this nation.Hopefully clarity will arrive one way or another!Up until we are told to close The Horse Will try and remain open with shorter opening hours .We totally cleaned up and here to serve Dorchester and other areas.My thoughts and prayers go to all my fellow caterers and all my fantastic customers.We will beat this and rejoice when it’s all over . To all our fantastic customers.In these uncertain and troubling times an update on what is happening at The Horse with the red Umbrella.At this moment all staff including Franca and myself are all ok .We are all taking the necessary precautions needed . As you all know the Horse is a very friendly touchy hugging kissing type of establishment.It hurts me to say that from Monday until further notice we shall refrain from our normal welcome .You will all be welcomed with a sincere and warm smile and maybe Elbows or Bumsies.All Franca and I can say is Keep strong Keep the Faith but most important of all the Keep Safe!!!!
