A big big thank you to everyone for making the Horseshoe ho down a great success, thank you to everyone who donated raffle and tombola prizes and everyone who helped out on the day it was greatly appreciated. With all your support we raised a brilliant £2000.We will be giving £1800 to Hunmanby school and £200 to Filey Lions who brought us stalls and equipment free of charge for the day.Once again thank you everyone we’ll be doing it again next year yeehaa

Yehaaa coming to the Horseshoe on Sunday 19th August is the Horseshoe ho- down 12-7 country and western day in aid of Hunmanby primary school.we have a bucking bronco,bouncy castle,tombola, bbq, tin can alley ,coconut shy,face painting,ice cream and the fabulous Scotty from the dangle berries playing also Beggars Bunce duo come along for a fabulous day dressed as your favourite cowboy or Indian and help support our local school.

Back to how a good pub should be, warm, clean, great atmosphere, always a friendly welcome. Great food, and of course the beer.

Yet another excellent meal in a great atmosphere. Saturday night treat and you can't go wrong.

Really enjoyed our evening. Lovely food and a warm welcoming atmosphere. This felt how a pub should feel. We will definitely be back. Great staff and the young waitress was fab. Well mannered and smiley in her work. 1 question though, did the owners of the teeth come back for them? �

Lovely homely type of pub. Although not yet disabled friendly couldn't do enough to make us welcome. Great welcome; lovely value for money food, a place I felt comfortable in as soon as I walked in. Highly recommended

Just had sunday lunch and it was superb, the lager was spot on and west brom were live on sky sports RESULT

Just had a meal here with my husband absolutely fantastic meals .good size portions .chilli was amazing and my husband had a steak .defiantly recommend coming here for a meal .very welcoming .staff amazing .will look forward to coming back .thanks to dave and his team for making is welcome xx

Been for a Sunday lunch which was cooked to perfection,lovely friendly welcome great service A*

As always gorgeous homely food, excellent service beyond the norm.. love this diamond to take my friends to. A credit to Dave, Steve & the rest of the team �����

After 3 days of eating quick caravan food and fish & chips we were desperate for some real food! I came across The Horseshoe from good old trip advisor so i rang and booked a table for tonight with no problem. Thank god for trip advisor the food was lovely � all homecooked and just what we wanted. My daughters loved their little shopping baskets filled with chicken goujons& chips and sausage & chips which was massive portions for kids.my steak pie was lovely & my husband loved his steak all for a great price as well. Its just a shame we found you on our last night but, im sure we will be back. Definately recommend this place - friendly staff & nice atmosphere.
