when my daughter told me she had found a new pub and she was certain that we -my husband and me-would love it she was 100% correct, i am the problem when we go out as i do not eat meat/fish, used too but taste buds have changed due to being ill, there was plenty on the menu for me to choose from, my husband had a beef curry which he says was the best ever,, so yes when we come over to visit out daughter in Rushden we know where we will be going for lunch hope to see you all there very soon

Super friendly, helpful staff. Lovely decor. Warm atmosphere. Excellent food with a wide variety and generous portions. I can recommend the sirloin and the meat pizza. Very clean. Good car park. Easy to find. Handy for the pilots at Sywell Aerodrome.

From the friendly staff to the good food and excellent value for money, I would recommend a visit to The Horseshoe. The Horseshoe also had a nice beer garden and adequate car parking.

Friendly bar lady, immaculate pub and toilets. Thought the takeaway pizza must be a great convenience for locals and visitors. Will return in the summer for the beer garden and whenever we fancy a drive out.

First time been in for a Sunday lunch and must say was gorgeous!! Very fast service will 100% be back!

Called in for a drink, amazing hospitality, my husband is originally from Wellingborough and this is the first time he has been back in 39 years, the barman shouted hubby a pint and myself a coke, we will be back there tonight for dinner. Beautiful pub and gorgeous location

Always a warm welcome at the Horseshoe, some decent ales and gins and food is very good pub grub at a very good price. Staff are amazing, some of the friendliest in any pub.

After a walk around Pitsford Water the four of us were ready for our lunch.

There was a great choice on the menu and we all chose differently.

We ate with gusto and all plates were cleared. The food was freshly cooked and very, very tasty.

2 of us Went for lunch and both had lasagne with a side of coleslaw to share. The food was hot delicious and plentiful.

Although I didnŌĆÖt think menu choice was huge.

My friends and me are following Slimming World at the moment so it's nice to be able to go out for a bite to eat and stay on plan. We always enjoy the food and the staff are always very pleasant.......Thank you x

Had lunch with friends who we hadn't seen in a while. We didn't have to wait long for our food, which was very good value for money.The staff were efficient and friendly. We came away satisfied, which doesn't always happen in a more expensive establishment!! Thank you we would visit again.

Good family pub with outside play area, plenty of parking, nice friendly staff, good quality meals that are reasonably priced, and the portions are quite generous, I had the 'horseshoe burger which was huge, smaller meals are also available. All in all a very pleasant experience in a lovely setting.

Ordered steaks on a Sunday came out straight after starters unfortunately way over cooked , so sent mine and the partners back mine came out cooked lovely a tad cold but ok , the misses sirloin was way under cooked almost blue our steaks where ment to be medium rare . We ended up swapping steaks and eating as we couldn't send one back and not the other ....

The waitress did offer to take them back and do again however we couldn't see it getting any better .

I had a meals today standards we're not as good as previous. Told items not available but for someone else to come in and be told that it is available and then bacon liver and onions the bacon needed longer cooking.

Awful "chef" ’┐Į!

I ordered a sirloin steak medium rare,

It came out medium well.



I sent it back!

the "chef" then deicided to send it back out still mooing on my plate.



Maybe you shouldn't advertise steak if your "chef" can't cook it to customer preference.



Wouldn't eat there again!
