This Sunday, the 6th, we have The Forfeits:
A fantastic local band playing a selection of the greatest hits from the last 50 years, along with a family BBQ from 2.30pm. Coupled with promised sunshine and clear skies what could be better?
Monday the 7th we are open all day for food, 12-8pm with our beautiful beer garden ready for the sunshine!

It’s never too cold for a refreshing pint watching the world go by!

What a find. We stopped one night in order to attend a family gathering locally. Room was well furnished, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and cheerful. Breakfast good and plentiful. Very happy customers we will be back to try an evening meal.

Went there yesterday for a drink, then back again today for a Sunday roast as we were sooooo impressed!!! Food was to die for and staff were extremely attentive and extremely friendly.....will definitely be going back....possibly in the week!!!! �

We stayed her for 4 nights last week and really enjoyed it.Great place lovely walks and brilliant fishing.Andi and Ayrton thank you so much for looking after myself and Tilly the springer by keeping my half!! glass topped up with cider and Tilly with treats,whilst my husband was fishing. Excellent home cooked food, best breakfast we've ever had.very clean and comfortable .Dog friendly. We would highly recommend The Hostelrie and will definitely be going back.

WOW. Myself and my new husband have just recently held our Christmas wedding here. 09/12/17. Andi and his staff made it exceptional. They gave it their all. Superb 3 course menu with fabulous 3 choices on each starter, main, dessert. Lush mulled wine on arrival. Lovely wine on tables and toast drinks after. Food served at speed and hot. Decorations put up on colour scheme we requested. Room so warm and toasty. They gave extras that was not asked for. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. We wished we had just stayed here as this was the best atmosphere and it seemed no one wanted to leave. Table changes last minute was no problem. Nothing was too much. What we saw last Christmas in 2016 when we stayed the night was what made us book for our wedding. So book here. You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice place to eat or have some drinks. Came here on a busy Saturday as Symonds Yat was over booked for tables so we here came for a sandwich. set in a lovely stone wall building the bar maid was very helpful and attentive we left feeling well fed and looked after

Very much enjoyed our short stay at the Hostelrie.You felt welcome at the minute you arrived and the service was great! Have only got good things to say about this place and we will definitely be coming back with our four legged friends:)

Two rooms, four adults and three small dogs have just returned from a one night stay at The Hostelrie @ Goodrich. The decor was quaint with a twist of modern, the beds were comfy the cleanliness overall was on point. We had fab food both evening meals in the bar and full cooked breakfast. No complaints � Happy staff = Happy customers.

Sunday lunch for 9 of us, having a pre-Christmas get together was superb. Food was excellent, piping hot and good portions. Very pleasant staff welcomed us to a very warm + cosy bar. Would highly recommend a visit. We shall return again!

Popped in on the off chance for Sunday lunch on the way home from Symonds Yat. Met with a warm welcome (including our two spaniels) which continued with a well presented, very tasty roast beef meal and apple crumble. Excellent service from the whole team. Gold star!

Popped in for beer in the afternoon and we were so impressed we came back in the evening for a meal. Fabulous food and beer and more importantly, very friendly staff who served us, a credit to you, thank you.

Myself, my husband and dog Otis stayed overnight. From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to like it because of the very warn and friendly welcome we had, and we were right. The staff were friendly, the food was gorgeous and the surrounding area had beautiful scenery and walks. What more could you ask for. We would highly recommend this lovely dog friendly place to stay. Just got home from a wonderful 5 night break at The Hostelrie. Fab food and surroundings and very dog friendly. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcomed with 5* hospitality and service from everyone throughout our stay. Will definitely be back, thanks guys

Just arrived home after three nights stay.The staff could not have been more helpful and the food was delicious.Would definitely recommend and hope to return when eventually we have some summer���

Having a great time, not sure if 2nd or 3rd stay, food wonderful, great staff & atmosphere, felt very welcome, as is the Dog! Can't recommend it enough!

Excellent food, really good friendly service, the produce is locally sourced and can be a little wait for it to be cooked but it's fresh and well worth a little patience. They are also dog friendly. We'll be back.

Every time we visit a very friendly welcome , Wye valley bitter & burgers the top choice for us . Another great week for us beer, music, food & friends forever. See you soon
