The Hot Jazz Biscuits Description
We're a versatile group of experienced musicians and firm friends who have been working together to provide high quality live music since 2006, ideal for any occasion.
From solo artists for intimate weddings, right up to ten-piece bands for extravagant corporate events, and covering a broad spectrum of musical styles including jazz, motown, soul, funk, and pop, we’ll work tirelessly to ensure you and your guests have as much fun as we inevitably will.

SYMPHO supports the work of the Shropshire Music Service. It is a registered charity and its volunteers raise money to support the musical learning of Shropshire’s young people. SYMPHO members also give their time to ensure the smooth running of SMS events - Very much the same way as a PTA does in a school.

Everything is backward. The world of 2018 has gone mad. England won a World Cup quarter-final, KFC ran out of chicken, and The Lord Hill is hosting a Hot Jazz Biscuits Winter Spectacular… in the Autumn!
Despair not, though, discerning foodies and music lovers. Not all is topsy-turvy. Thankfully there are still a few good solid facts in this world to hang your hat on. Rest assured, for instance, that despite the unusual time of year, there will still be robust grooves and hearty vocals dispensed unfalteringly by our live band and singers. We had the hot jazz biscuits performing for our UK wedding reception on sat 20th June....OMG they were amazing xx all of our guests had a fab time and commented on how good they were. Thank you so much, we had a brill night and we would highly recommend them to anyone xx
We had the HJB at our wedding in Manchester in October.
They were FANTASTIC. Feedback from guests was unanimous…. Songs were fab, quality amazing.
Chris was super helpful both before and on the day.
All the musicians were friendly, happy and of course extremely talented!
Just wish we could have another wedding to hear them again!
This band is fantastic. If you're on the fence about booking them, book them now before they get booked up! Everybody loved them, top quality musicians and tunes. They played at our wedding and completely catered to us and our taste.
They played for our wedding, what a band! Awesome version of a song we requested for our first dance followed by 3 sets keeping the party going all night long. Very talented musicians, with a mix of guitars, keyboard, and brass to jazz it up. Also having two singers made them different to others, both great singers mixed in with a rap song or two kept everyone going all night. Played great songs from a mix of era's and no hassle from booking to seting up. Cheers guys x
The most amazing band to have at your wedding if you love a party and dancing. Our dance floor was packed from the moment the Hot Jazz Biscuits started their set. Thank you for making our day so special and a great party; our guests loved it!
The Hot Jazz Biscuits played at our wedding on New Years' Eve and were absolutely incredible. We read about the band in a wedding magazine in which the feedback was amazing so we knew we had to have them.
Chris was brilliant to deal with in the lead up, always very responsive and accommodating. On the night, the band played an amazing set split into three 45 minute sessions with a fantastic DJ playing in between. The band learnt our first dance for us, played all of our ceremony requests and the DJ had all of our evening requests ready to go! The band even led our midnight celebrations.
The dancefloor was full all night and so many of our guests commented on how fantastic the Hot Jazz Biscuits were. To top it off, the guys were absolutely lovely people and it was a pleasure having them around at the wedding.
We cannot thank you all enough.

The Hot Jazz Biscuits played at our wedding in December. They were AMAZING. We have just got our wedding photos and we have been reminiscing. We can't thank the band enough for learning to play our first dance, it was very special. All of our guests where blown away by their performance and two months on our guests still tell us what a fabulous party it was. Lou & Luca
The Hot Jazz Biscuits performed for us at my daughters 21st Birthday party, from the moment I booked the band via Chris to the end of their performance I couldn't fault them.
Chris was so prompt with his replies and paperwork and so helpful- nothing was too much trouble. Then on the actual day of the party they arrived promptly and set up without any hitches. Then the two 50 minute performances were just brilliant, the female singer had the most delightful voice and the musicians were so talented. I think they actually played for slightly longer than they needed to but my guests were packed onto the dance floor so they sang us one more song. They even cleared up and left without anybody knowing. Altogether they were the best band I have ever seen and would definitely recommend them to anybody, they certainly helped our party go with a swing and my daughter had the best night.
Thank you to Chris and the team, Rich is an excellent front man. Brilliant performance on 9th August for our wedding. I can't recommend enough... one of the best live bands I've seen.

Thank you for providing the most energetic fabulous set for our wedding on Saturday . I literally didn’t want the night to end !! You were professional accommodating and super friendly and fitted into a slightly non traditional set up . Everyone was up on their feet dancing and laughing . Amazing !!! Thank you !! Same time next week ?! ;-)
So happy we had the Hot Jazz Biscuits at our party. Their standard of performance was excellent and they got everyone up on the dance floor. I was pleased that they prepared a set list with our party theme in mind- A Night at the Movies. They also interacted well with our guests- getting an Amy Winehouse lookalike to assist while they performed one of her numbers! In general, they were a lovely bunch of people to work with; professional and easy-going at the same time. Lastly, my final comment might sound like a double-edged compliment but I think needs to be said: their live set was much better than the recorded performance on their website.
Incredible band! So impressed with how fabulous you guys were at my wedding yesterday, you made the evening such great fun by playing a perfectly selected range of tunes which got every body dancing! Amazing vocals from both vocalists, hugely impressive rendition of Slim Shady which most unexpected but totally fab! Terrific musicians who made the event finish with a bang! Honestly can't praise you highly enough. Thank you! Xx
In November The Hot Jazz Biscuits played an amazing gig at our wedding.
My wife and I have fairly eclectic music taste, and add to that we wanted a band that would have friends and family spanning four generations up on the dance floor. Well, they nailed it! We couldn't get people off the dance floor!!
Having great music being played by genuinely lovely people really added to our wedding day - thank you so much guys.
Hot Jazz Biscuits played at our wedding 5 weeks ago and they absolutely made our evening! All of our guests were so impressed (and are still singing your praises) and we couldn't stop dancing throughout both sets! Everything was completely under control which meant we didn't need to worry about a thing on the night! We had the 7 piece band and the sound was just phenomenal! Thank you so much for being the perfect end to our day - we just need another occasion so we can hear you again! 😃❤️😊

HJB absolutely made our reception! Every single tune was outstanding! All of the guests were dripping in sweat because we/they just couldn't leave the dance floor. The most frequently asked question of the night was, "where did you get that amazing band"?

Can't speak highly enough of this band. After trawling the Internet for a wedding band and hearing the same old repertoires eg Killers/ Kings of Leon/ etc, as soon as we heard The Hot Jazz Biscuits, there was no going back. The demos that you can hear/ see on the website and YouTube etc don't do these guys justice. Not one person who came to our wedding hasn't mentioned how good this band were/are. They blew the roof off. Every individual in the 8 piece we booked, was absolutely quality in their own right. Therefore, I don't want to single anyone out for special praise, but the singer, well she was unreal. In fact, I can't single anyone out, they were all unreal. Thanks guys for learning our song (which was as good as the real deal) making the party, being a massive part of our special day. But also wing so helpful in the build up to the day. Please continue to bring smiles to faces with your awesomeness!
