A well located hotel with small but well appointed rooms which are clean and comfortable.
The staff are friendly and helpful. It is excellent value which included a grab and go breakfast.
When you arrive at the front door of the hotel you might think you have made a mistake in booking here but once inside the door you will find a very helpful staff and a good wee hotel which is clean and although rooms are small, it does just what you need it to do. They can’t do enough to help and I for one would go back again

Voor het geld een prima hotel op loopafstand van het openbaar vervoer, gezelligheid en 'hop on hop off' bus. Netjes, schoon en heerlijke douche, bedden en airco. Prima WiFi ook. Het ontbijt mag echter geen ontbijt heten. Een muffin, appel en een pakje jus orange in een kartonnen zak. Wij zijn bij de buren gaan eten. £9 all you can eat.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk.
Ga ook even naar de bar 'the Lucas arms'. Erg gezellig �

I was very unsure when I first entered the hotel, it was very dark and so totally different to anywhere else I had experienced. The room was very compact but had every amenitie required! Lots of lighting options in the room, good (free) wi-fi, tea/coffee facilities, TV, safe, air conditioning unit, hairdryer, soap/shower gel etc, wardrobe space, hangars! The bed was clean and comfortable. The en-suite was furnished with far superior fittings than other high end hotels and the shower was excellent! The room was very quiet but you could hear people passing to go to alternate floors/rooms etc. The staff were very attentive and pleasant, I would book here again in a heart beat!
