Cocktails are great and wicked atmosphere. Keep em cominnnng.

I tried to pay with my Scottish money and the young guy behind the bar looked at it and held it the light. No it's real mate I made it myself....Paid by card.It is 2017 we are on the same island....

The food was great, however the customer was terrible, rude cocktail woman and clueless waitresses

Nice bar, but no hand soap in the ladies toilets (early on a Friday evening!) I advised bar staff, and the next time I went to the loo STILL none � I asked at the bar again and was told that they had run out! A joke and laughable really. Get yourself down the shop! Hygiene!! �

had booked table for dinner. Member of staff (introduced himself as a manager)

refused to give change for parking.

Ok fare enough.

After refused to serve drinks for us because of some kind of comment which member of staff made it up saying that we did.

Long story short horrible customer service. Rude and disrespectfull staff.

What a shit hole! Drinks tasted rank. Have us a wine and said it was a cocktail.

We really turned into the wrong bar here.

Went here last night with 3 friends as bought a groupon voucher. They wouldn’t honour the voucher and wouldn’t offer anything in way of a sorry. I spoke to 3 staff who were all rude and just couldn’t be bothered. Absolutely disgusting customer service and left us feeling really frustrated and disappointed. We left straight away and will NEVER be going back. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Absolutely terrible establishment

Utterly convinced they served us drinks with no/little alcohol in them.

Terrible atmosphere, poorly made expensive cocktails, terrible beer selection, men's toilets were disgusting, no loo roll, toilet seat hanging off.

No atmosphere. Dead inside on a Saturday night and very rude door staff: 'You're only coming in if you've got a pussy. Owners policy.'

I've just read all the awful reviews here on Facebook. Sounds terrible! (Haven't been).

Got to the venue this evening for a poetry event held by some friends and got denied entry because of my "attitude"?, I wasn't drunk or would have caused any harm to anyone, just wanted to enjoy the evening with friends after an hour commute straight from work... the security guard's ego was just too big to let me in, showing how highly unprofessional he is by taking advantage of his role...

Giving 1 star is overselling this place.



Arrived 6pm - had a few beers. Good start. My friends and i were on to our next round. We look down at the tables, on each table are two laminated cards boasting about their Happy Hour Drinks Special. I looked around the venue, Happy Hour Specials were also plastered on the TVs in the venue. I thought, beautiful. Great prices. Good beer. What could go wrong?



A lot.



I went to the bar and asked for the 4 Piston Lagers for £10.00. I was then informed that, Happy Hour had finished. It was 6:15pm, 1 hour and 15 mins into happy hour.



We made a point that they had to honour these prices as, it was advertised everywhere...we were absolutely confused.



We were told - 'The World Cup is on so, we won't do it.' I was absolutely flabbergasted by this response. I queried it further and was told...'We do what we want.'



Genuine Garbage.



Poor Excuse.



False Advertising.



Horrendous customer service.



The rest of the night got worse, the food was massively overpriced. I know London is expensive but, to pay £7.50 for ONE SLIDER is an absolute indictment of the highest order.



We ended up staying because the game was on and it was hard to find a place anywhere else.



Poor food and an organisation that lies through their teeth. Horrendous Customer Service.



I strongly recommend anyone who reads this, to not go in this place as their business model is solely around putting money in their own back pocket and taking advantage of their customers.



They do not care the slightest.



Nor should you for them.



Hang your head in shame.

Found some of the staff so rude! Don't be there if you don't enjoy your job, you work with people, we are paying extremely high price for drinks that are watered down, served with at attitude, wont ever be back!

Bar full of drugged people. And don’t rely on the security to protect you if you get threatened to be bottled. If you are a tall muscular man, might be safer for you to attend.
