Took my iPad here this morning as it wasn’t working at all, the gentleman new exactly what was wrong and sorted it within 45mins, excellent services very kind and very helpful, would recommend them highly

Outstanding service at the iLab in Barnstaple, today. My phone overheated yesterday morning, then died and was refusing to charge/acknowledge a charger, and I'd failed to back it up beforehand �

The iLab chaps opened it up, figured out he problem & tested it with a new battery - which would not charge but allowed me to grab pics and save on Dropbox. They let me use the wifi in the shop to do that, and let me be while I sorted it out. Now I've just got to get onto my insurers for a new phone.



The team were polite, knowledgable but not patronising - didn't bombard me with tech-talk - and they were friendly. Can't recommend them enough. Super-impressed. Will defo head to you guys again in the future! Thank you.

I cannot rate The ilab highly enough! I took in my old Samsung Galaxy Mini which had been unlocked in another Bideford shop by an idiot who had rendered it unusuable. It downloaded all sorts of rubbish even with data roaming and Wi-Fi disabled, which I learned was the result of the "jailbreak" used to unlock it. One helpful guy in another shop tried to fix it but told me it was " wrecked" (his words) and did not charge me - thank you, GoPhone.



A neighbour told me to try The ilab and Arlo went to great trouble to sort it out. He said he would fix it, and he did!



I really appreciated his friendly and competent manner and although I had not had a smartphone before he managed to explain what was going on without making me feel like a complete fool.
