De Montfort University’s Innovation Centre is a location in which local entrepreneurs, start-ups, and growing companies can enjoy working from flexible, professional, office and creative space.

The Innovation Centre provides meeting, training and boardroom space, a Startup Lounge, kitchen and a modern, welcoming Reception to give your company a truely business-facing image. Unlike many similar centres, all of these facilities are included in the price.

Once based in The Innovation Centre, you will have access to on-site business support, delivered in a range of ways to meet your needs.

If you are not quite ready to take on a unit of your own, we offer a Virtual Tenancy option, which enables you to benefit from many of our facilities and services for only £75 per month.
