The Island Grill is family run and owned catering business that provides authentic Caribbean cuisine. Here at The Island Grill we pride ourselves in making delicious Caribbean food, that reflects the ethnic and cultural diversity of the Caribbean.

Our dishes are centred on fresh ingredient, a variety of distinct Caribbean flavours such as the famously fearsome scotch bonnet pepper and a touch which has been handed down for generations. We are all about bringing the exciting and exotic flavours of the Caribbean right here in the UK. The Chef has been making exquisite Caribbean food for the last 25 years and is passionate about spreading quality Authentic Caribbean cuisine.


The Island Grill have a food stall in the Boiler House at vibrant Brick lane Market, we are there every Saturday 10. 00 am-5. 00 pm, and at the New farmers market- Crews Hill Market every Sunday 11. 00 am -3 pm come out and experience the true taste of Caribbean Cuisine.
