We had a lovely meal here on Friday night for our 25th wedding annivesary, food was amazing as always and the staff did a fab job too.

Really loved the atmosphere the ultimate professionalism of the staff and the fab quality of the food, beautiful gardens with gorgeous flower tubs all around and water features which all help in making it a very worthwhile visit.

One of my favourite restaurants, well worth a visit. Party of 15 of us went last night to celebrate my 60th birthday. Absolutely love the food (have been many times), Steak Diane was scrumptious, staff were very attentive & kept our glasses topped up with Prosecco. A number of waiters brought our birthday cake to the table whilst singing Happy birthday to me which was lovely. Great atmosphere, pianist providing excellent background music. Bit pricey but definitely worth it for a special occasion. Will be returning.

Just love this place -so classy,yet it has a lovely warm feel -the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble -the good is always so tasty 😋 /the garden’s are well maintained -well done to all

Just had the most amazing meal. From start to finish, the food was exceptional and the service was first class. The atmosphere was inviting and even though it was very busy being Fathers Day, nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t fault the staff at all, they were amazing.

The menu has a vast and varied choice, prices are very reasonable, all in all this restaurant is highly recommended.

We can’t wait to return.

Had a lovely meal for my husband’s birthday. Good atmosphere and attentive staff. Only 2 vegetarian main meals on the lunch time menu (and ones is a pizza) so I have to have the same meal each time. Would definitely recommend.

No pretence here just excellent standards of service from the moment you walk through the doors ..

First time at this restaurant as my hubby did all the rendering so had to go he told me so much. Lovely entrance with cascading water features and optional outside in dining with open terrace. Inside warm reception and friendly staff with a huge choice of all Italian options to steaks -lobster-pasta and a well stocked wine menu, took ages to decide. Food came as we sat in a contemporary dining area with a pianist in the back ground quite lovely. Waiting on staff were friendly and knowledgable food was amazing Steak Diane and hubby had lamb shank. We loved it calypso coffees to end the night in the ambience of Italy . Would love to take my daughter for lunch soon thankyou Italian Orchard

Fabulous food lovely staff friendly atmosphere busy place but it's huge so it's buzzing defo a place for groups or individuals the menu is one you want to go back and sample more of. If someone wants to sponsor me I'll happily keep going back and sampling the menu. Thank you I will be back xx

An excellent restaurant. We're not a couple that lingers in restaurants having 15 courses so it suits us. Smart appearance from the front which gives a good first impression and nice, modern furnishings inside with a warming, exciting atmosphere that is family friendly. Everyone I have taken has always been impressed with this restaurant. The menu is extensive with excellent seafood, local dishes and a good wine menu. It's nice to have a drink before you eat and the pianist is a classy touch. Highly recommended.

we had a lovely meal everything was lovely but unfortunately the waiter dropped a pint of lager over one of our guests just as we had arrived so she was left a little damp for the evening other than that we did enjoy

Bin here 4 times never had problem till this time .ordered braised beef which was very chewy sent it back manager was very appologetic he gave me the menu again and i went for roast pork which was delicious, the deserts were taken off the bill at the end as complimentary.i couldnt fault service as the manager handled the complaint to my satisfaction, 10/10 for customer service

Arrived early so we could relax with a drink beforehand but once we’d got our drinks we were shown to our table. We’d booked Valentine’s Day so expected it to be busy - which it was. Just didnt like the way the tables were laid in rows in the conservatory part were we were sat, felt squashed in. Also did not like the paper table clothes and the way the stay just srewed them up when clearing away - totally understand why they do it but when you pay that much money for your food i would expect top notch trimmings! Not even a red rose for the ladies!! The meal felt rushed from start to finish (3courses) we where back home within 2hrs! Thats with sitting in the bar afterwards! All said and done the food was lovely and the staff where friendly.

We went yesterday, we did book a table sat down first in the front of house ordered our food and several minutes later was taken to our table. There was a pianist but you could hardly hear him due to the drown of people's voices. We had various starters italian of course they were okay nothing to write home about. One of us had steak with a peppercorn sauce which had a funny taste can't say what. I chose spinach / ricotta cheese pasta the worsed I've ever had couldn't taste anything cheese only received 5 with a spinach sauce which was £10.50 definitely not worth the money. It is not value for money and wouldn't go again.

We went on Valentine's night, big mistake, never have we felt so rushed through a meal, all I asked for was five minutes between courses, but has our starter was finished and taken away a different waiter brought the next meal, we were in and out in just over an hour, so not the romantic meal we were looking forward to. We've been before and no problems, but never going on a busy night again. Sad.

We visited for lunch on my 75 birthday in January. This was the first time that we had not requested a table in the conservatory. We were given a window table in the main room with a view of a brick wall. The food was ok ! Mine was cold and had to be sent back for reheating.... no apology was offered. We felt ignored and twice had to wave to try to catch the eye of a member of staff although there were plenty of staff about.

This is normally a favourite restaurant of ours so I am sure we will give it another try.

Location and setting excellent on a very hot summers day, not booked but accommodated, food good but look warm, staff appeared not to want to be there, asked if we'd like to see the sweet/coffee menu, but waitress never returned, left without either, over priced compaired to many local Italian restaurants, and no disabled parking! �

Disappointed. Incorrect meal. They asked 3 times if they could take our plates before we had finished. Wine was poor.



Such a shame as came highly recommend.

The best thing about this place was the surroundings

We went for a big birthday celebration the staff were forgetful On numerous occasions now I accept the place was busy but 4/5 times we had to re ask for stuff

The starters were ok and oysters nice and fresh

The main courses were a massive let down some dry! I have a feeling that had been sat waiting under lights , also quite bland now the puddings were going down well until one of them had mouldy raspberries on!!

One of the stuff took an instant dislike to our table
