The Ivanhoe

The staff were very welcoming and pleasant, the room was clean and shower room with plenty of space. Food was very nice both tea and breakfast. The chef was very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again

We always enjoy lovely meals at the Ivanhoe. Last week we had a Carvery. Yummy.

Comfy rooms but could do with a refurb, fantastic food amazing breakfast. Lovely refurbished bar area

Hi there to everyone we have just stayed here ill sum it up in a few words brill. you wont be disappointed the rooms the food top drawer.and the staff fantastic well done we will return.

Great pub great food, sorry about one star short only because did not have a beer i liked.

REALLY REALLY good ad 1 night already but stopping for another night i would recommend this hotel to anyone clean lovely breakfast abd i would most definitely come again....WELL DONE IVANHOE

Nice place. Good selection of drinks. They had an osset brewery option of Yorkshire blond. Only wouldn't use as a local as a bit far out for me. Staff were friendly. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there wasn't much of an atmosphere

Would not recommend this place. Downstairs not too bad at all, food was lovely. However, upstairs leaves quite a lot to be desired!
In the room we had there was an inadequate wardrobe, not even a drawer to put anything in. Room was very small.
In the bathroom, a shelf above the basin and definitely a towel rail would have been a great plus!!
Don't stay here.

It was warm and friendly, the staff were very helpful , the food was nicely presented and good. Lovely Xmas decorations outside

The food here is wonderful and fresh.We have had lunch here on two separate occasions once in July and last week in September. Both times the food was excellent and the staff are friendly and efficient. We would recommend the sizzling fajitas and any of the chicken dishes.
It also has the benefit of being dog friendly.
We had a Lovely time .

Well located with free wi-fi and decent food. The room I had (4) was comfortable but could do with some redecoration. Would happily stay again.
