Young friendly staff.. unfortunately no one really 'managing' the food / drinks.. Received 2 x very dirty glasses to accompany our beverage, received 2 equally dirty glasses as replacements, which resulted in our not enjoying the food as we thought if the glasses aren't clean then what else isn't.

Came for breakfast snack. Those that got their food were happy with it. Drinks were nice. Reasonably priced. They didn't have my order but only told me once everyone else had their food, not great but nothing to be done about it. Still worth it. Would come back for the afternoon tea

Ordered double chicken burger with cheese and chips x2
Came half hour later on a dry barn only one chicken burger birds eye type disgusting no cheese chips barely warm.
Spoke to waitress about it. Not there problem. Manageress was in cafe but never came over to help.
Won’t be going back anytime.

Wonderful night and breakfast in this b and b helpful staff and building overlooking the harbour . Will be staying here again.

Shocking food waited half an hour for a 9 quid chicken burger that looks like a birds eye frozen one! Hot dog bread was stale and chips barely cooked! Only thing that was half decent was the beer and nachos, stay clear

Stayed here bank holiday weekend. Fair enough it was busy, I understood that and offered to go a walk around to give them more time to get our room ready, check in was 2pm and this was 2.45pm. Came back at 3.30pm to ask where the nearest car park was and the response I got was "not sure I'll ask". I understood they were busy so we went off and found it ourselves. Came back at 4.30 and the room still wasn't ready!! I wouldn't mind so much but we had a dog and a 4 year old which didn't have a bed in the room as requested. We got to the room for 5pm and it was lovely so we put all negatives aside. Then I have phoned to ask why they have took the original amount out of my bank plus a further £60!! Got told they would phone back and they haven't answered the phone ever since!!

Nice place, albeit a wee bit dark inside at the back, go for the great view if you can sit in the big bay window. Lovely pot of Yorkshire tea. Looks like the cream tea with scones looked good but we didn't have them.

Parking a nightmare and the closest I could find was in the West Pier Car Park and then walk 5 minutes back. Should get 4 star for that - but that pot of tea was worth the walk!

Won't be troubling "four in a bed" . Nice room shame about the dust .

Superb little cafe with excellent accommodation. Stayed for just 2 nights in the Black Pearl room which is immaculate. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely return. Recommended to my friends.
