This is a great restaurant and surprisingly not that expensive- you get a decent bottle of wine for £22 Starters around £8 and mains at £18 upwards. Staff are usually great and the manager is exceptional

My daughter and I enjoyed our experience so much we are hoping to go back this Saturday- this place will definitely become one of our favourites.

Just had drinks but absolutely loved the decor and ambiance. I’d definitely dine at the Ivy if they offered some tasty British vegan options.

It was lovely sunny day, we were seated outside as per my request when booking. Everything we ordered was delicious, lobster Benedict, truffled chicken, crab linguine, creme brulee, espresso martini. One tiny complaint the barman when we arrived and were waiting to be seated was inattentive (got the order wrong twice) and slow.

I loved it here, we had a great brunch (steak, egg and chips), lovely pear bellinis and all served with a smile in nice surroundings.

Celebrated a friends 50th birthday. Everything was lovely, from the service given to the food and very reasonable prices. Loved the atmosphere. Will definitely go again.

Booked for 9.00pm as that was the only time left. Called in through the day as we were passing to ask if they had an earlier cancellation which would be better for us. None, but took my phone number in case. They later rang and informed me of a cancellation which suited us. That was just the start of great service. Waiters were very attentive but not in our faces. Food was second to none and a very reasonable price. DJ playing which gave a great buzz to the place. Certainly recommend this restaurant.

Belated birthday treat from my son. Treated like a "queen" by everyone. Staff very attentive, pleasant, discrete and all with a smile - no rush. Beautiful decor. Food excellent. How nice to sit at a table and not have to listen to the people on the next table as there is plenty of room between tables. Highly recommend it. Cant wait to re-visit next time I am in the UK.

Afternoon Tea at The Ivy is amazing! Brilliant selection of sandwiches and cakes for a very reasonable price considering it is in London. Love the atmosphere and decor, very stylish and modern. The staff are very friendly and provide a great service. Would 100% recommend anyone to try The Ivy Soho! Will be back in no time 😊

After wedding dress shopping with my granddaughter we had a lovely lunch here. Food was amazing and the staff were friendly nothing was to much trouble.👌🏻

Had lunch here. Wonderfully looked after by Jamal, the food was superb, the wine superb. A little bit noisy and I am glad Iwas not picking up the bill. That aside, fabulous.

Very disappointing to visit and ask for a small table to drink some champagne in the sun outside, to be told that only if we eat can we sit down, despite having 5 or 6 tables that were free. Surely it would be smart to let us have the table and say we can have it until we need it for a dining customer, at which point we could go inside. £40 (I know that is small to you guys) of trade lost and an annoyed customer gained. Disappointing.

Food and service were fantastic, but gave 3 stars because of the awful, loud music. It was hard to have a conversation and a relaxing meal over the loud techno noise. This was a Friday night, so perhaps the the atmosphere is less ‘disco’ like during the week.

Fantastic surroundings, decent prices for a famous Soho restaurant. My Crab linguini was disappointing, had it not been for the crab claws on the side, it would have been tasteless.

Beware the DJ !

Made the mistake of booking a table in the evening.

The DJ played a repetitive selection which was far too loud and made conversation at our table near impossible. I know you want to create a good vibe, but if you want to turn the place into a club then ditch the food and turn down the lights. It didn't make us want to drink more, we simply decided against deserts and more drinks and headed for the door early, by 22.30 the place was almost empty especially in the upper section. This was 5/7/18 in the evening.

Terrible service! They wanted to sit us at the bar even though the restaurant was empty. It then took at least 20 minutes before being asked if we would like a drink. Main course came out while still eating the starter and when we sent it away a waiter was very rude telling us we shouldn’t have. Food was average, drinks were good.

Atmosphere good, music was good. Starter, dessert good. Main course inedible, pointed out to waiter, not even an apology even though it was obvious from the plate. It was seared tuna and the first piece melted in the mouth, the following 4 pieces were just fat and you could not even chew through it. Wrong grade of tuna used for seared tuna. Very surprised at the service.
