Wow!! Totally loved this place on our first visit!

Very modern play cafe. Generally visiting for more information on birthday parties, my daughters were welcomed to try out the equipment while I had a look around.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hot chocolate was delicious and would definitely come back for that!

I loved the colourful hammock, I want one!!

CanвАЩt wait to revisit for a slime day :)

We had a party this afternoon... i was greeted by a host at the door she was lovely! We were taken to our party room which was decorated beautifully! My daughter was very impressed a lovely girl called Emily was our party entertainer she ensured we was all ok. Throughout the party the owner came to say hello and asked if we needed anything.... food was great the children enjoyed! Soft play outstanding as always and was kept clean throughout the two hours! We are over joyed by this party Emily and Aisha worked very hard to ensure our party was fun, exciting and that the children had fun! The wow factor was worth it all the girls got involved and was so proud of their new nails and tattoos !

Would book again! And all my parents who attended are looking to book this place for their children!

User

This place is awesome! We got so use to stale bland soft play places, with microwaved fish fingers, instant coffee and sugar loaded snacks that we accepted it as the norm. Along came the Jelly Lounge to disrupt this whole space and add new meaning. We now have a pleasant space, with ambient surroundings and awesome fresh and healthy food choices (and amazing coffee) where parents can actually enjoy and hang out with friends while their kids play happily. Love the attention to detail and the awesome staff - we love this place!

User

Such a great place, been a few times now and went today, the kids played for ages and we had a nice lunch with friends. The staff that supervise the play areas are lovely!! Yes, it's slightly more expensive than other soft play places but food and drink is reasonable and there is nothing else like it. It is not just soft play, it's a nice environment for the adults!!

User

Really canвАЩt recommend this place enough, clean, great size soft play, ever so helpful staff & even a member of staff inside the soft play area! perfect for my 3yr old! We also attended a sausage roll cooking workshop which was ran so well & the end result actually tasted good!

My only grip is ... itвАЩs ¬£2.50 for a cup of tea, which I do think is a bit steep.

User

Our daughter had the best party ever!! We chose the tropical рЯПЭ theme and a cold buffet. Aisha and Emily were both AMAZING and the children loved them both.

We canвАЩt thank you enough for making MollyвАЩs 7th birthday super special!

User

Oh my heavens... this place is Amazing! ! If Calsberg did soft play пњљпњљ Such a wonderful space which ticks as many boxes for the grown ups as it does for the children пњљпњљ for our son, he loved the fish, the food, the fab slides and the cooking session пњљпњљпњљпњљ for me the decor, the menu пњљ the friendly staff, the high standards of cleanliness, the Molton Brown in the toilets пњљпњљпњљпњљ we will be back пњљ

My family and I visited on Sunday. We were visiting Windsor for the day and needed to be out of the mid day heat. The jelly lounge was perfect, could not recommend this place enough and only wish it was closer to where I live. It suits everybodyвАЩs needs. Great food, great gin menu , air con пњљ and best of all children of varying ages all entertained and happy. Really appreciate you accommodating us and I look forward to one day returning пњљ

User

It was a snowy day in March and after 6 hours at home with 2 kids off school closed due to snow driving me crazy I signed them up for Apple and cinnamon muffins baking and soft play! My 7 year old son had to be dragged there but then 3 hours later had to be dragged out of jelly lounge!

I have not found a soft play or a place to hang out where me, my hubby and kids can all do our thing and all be happy....but today at jelly lounge a lot of boxes were ticked!

The kids baked Apple and cinnamon muffins with 2 chefs and really enjoyed the experience of cooking by themselves under expert supervision. While the cakes were in the oven the kids played in the soft play. I have never felt so relaxed in a soft play and actually got some work пњљ done!

The Place was also so clean and I saw the cordless dyson out a few times in my time there! Being a control and neat freak this get me happy! Yes I am sad! But again showed me how clean the place was. My kids are 7 and 8 and the I thought the days of soft play were over...today they were revived and am glad it was in such a nice place.

There is also a relaxing cafe like atmosphere and food menu for kids and even adults-yes another пњљ пњљ The place has loads of great ideas for kids parties, science classes and all sorts of exciting stuff that I am excited about . The owner Jenny is so friendly and so on the ball...you can tell she has researched and listened to parents opinion and needs. Would def recommend and go back again esp on Friday for discounted prosecco nights. Windsor and asurrounding areas needed this and am so glad to have such a fantastic place near my end for me and the kids! Another plus was that they had a lot of staff on hand to help entertain the kids and supervise. Would definitely recommend!

User

I come here pretty much weekly with my 2 1/2 year old son and we both love it. HeвАЩs happy playing in both the baby area and the large soft play in the back. WeвАЩve also done a cookery class with my 4 1/2 year old daughter, which was a perfect half term treat. The coffee and smoothies are just what I need and my son loves the staff who help him build up the courage to go down the slide. This is a lovely set-up and IвАЩm happy to pay a bit more for the town centre setting where itвАЩs clean, has plenty of staff and a great cafe.

User

Held my son Oliver 6th Birthday party here, the party hosts were amazing, entertaining and lots and lots of fun. They interacted with the children, served the delicious food, taking away the stresses and strains of having a party. They did a fantastic job. Thank you.

User

Great space for kids, adults and amazing food. Such an inspirational

Place one of the few business concepts thatвАЩs has followed through from idea to opening. Highly recommend and Prosecco night is a great relax for the whole family after school on a Friday..down time and no cooking plus kids get to play! Win Win!!!

User

Absolutely great. The staff are lovely and the premises is great! So clean and being a designer it's nice to find a design led soft play. We went here to watch the football (GREAT idea) and from my enquiries being answered instantly via Facebook chat out of hours, to two tables being reserved for us so we could choose which we preferred to watch the match - I am so impressed! Two adults and one child was only £6 - including table reservation. My daughter doesn't like to play on her own, so Emily, the play buddy very kindly took her on and did an outstanding job with the kids. A really great member of staff. It was amazing to be able to watch the match without having to even check on the kids, knowing that Emily was watching and playing with them and they were in such a safe environment. The food was also delicious - fresh, healthy and reasonably priced. The only downside was that we had to leave to get out the carpark - we really didn't want to leave! We will be back.

User

Went today for the first time. We used the baby play area which my little boy loved but it would have been good to have a soft play area for under twos to be able to use, which I was kind of expecting. Also it was lovely to have someone on hand to keep an eye on our little boy whilst we ate. Food was really good! Looking forward to seeing how this place evolves. Will be back again!

User

Pros: My son wants to come here all the time. I would much rather come to a town centre soft play than drive out to one in an industrial estate or leisure park. I think the play area is great, and just the right size: it's big enough for my 4 year old son to have a good stretch around, but I can see him almost all of the time. The brightly coloured crocheted section is lovely, and the slides are ideal. My son also enjoys the baby section, with its toys and slightly calmer atmosphere. The food is appealing and, from what I've eaten so far, delicious. I can almost always get a table, even at the weekend. I think the pay per play prices are about right, but the membership rate doesn't seem like good value unless you're planning to come more than ten times a month.

Cons: The food/drink service is erratic. I've been about half a dozen times and only once or twice has nothing gone wrong with my order. Last time I came, which was last week, I ordered some freshly squeezed apple juice and a Coca-Cola. Half an hour later I asked for an update as the drinks still hadn't arrived and the friends I was with were thinking about leaving. Someone went to check and eventually I was told that they didn't have enough apples and would I accept a smoothie made from other fruit. This was fine, but it would have been better if someone had come to tell me about this a lot sooner. When the smoothie came the other drink wasn't with it, so I had to go and ask for that. On another visit, I ordered hot chocolate with cream. When it came, I was told they'd run out of cream. Again, this is fine, but I was still charged for the cream. These are minor grumbles, and I'm sure a lot of it is teething problems.

One thing I should make you aware of: a few children, including my son, were very frightened of the member of staff wearing the batman mask last weekend. My son played mainly in the baby section that day as he was reluctant to approach her. I could see a lot of the kids really enjoyed it, but some children are wary of people in masks.

PS your website is lovely, but it's hard to find key information like opening hours and prices.

User

Great place to come for a few hours. My four year old twins love it.

Only downside is no mobile reception for me in older kidsвАЩ part and WiFi not working which is inconvenient with another child at school and worried about missing calls.

User

We visited the Jelly Lounge last Friday for the first time and was desperate to try it out! It was £6 for each child and the baby was free which I thought was good. The staff on the front desk were really friendly and informative.

It was fairly busy but we managed to get a table right near the soft play so could easily see the children.

The menu has an amazing choice however whilst I was in the queue for the cafe we were informed that they had stopped serving food. This was really disappointing because it was 1pm and my son had been to nursery all morning so needed lunch. The girl on the till at the cafe was very abrupt and unhelpful, didnвАЩt seem to possess much customer service at all which was a let down for such a new venue. We managed to eventually buy a few paninis that they agreed to make. The area by the till was very busy therefore making it hard to order a few hot drinks so I just stuck with cartons for the kids. I was asked my table number so had to run back down to my table and there wasnвАЩt a number on it so had to go back to tell the lady on the till who said вАШwell there are 10 tables down there so how am I supposed to know which oneвАЩ - I then worked out we were number 25 so informed her.

Our food then took over 30 mins to arrive (3 paninis) but could see the staff were working hard and it was busy. Once it had arrived it was delicious and well worth the £5.

Onto parties at the Jelly Lounge - earlier in the week I emailed to get information on Parties. Beth kindly emailed me back with detailed information and asking if she should check availability so I gave her a few days in March - then I never heard anything back. I asked again when I visited the Jelly Lounge and the other girl on front desk took all my details along with suggested dates for a party promising to get Beth to check and ring me back. Still havenвАЩt heard anything so today I booked elsewhere.

Generally it was a positive experience - very clean, friendly staff (with the exception of the girl on the till at the cafe), a great concept with brilliant potential however definitely a few teething problems - which is understandable - but not when it comes to customer service.

Will return when not so busy...

It is definitely needed in Windsor so still a good thing but would avoid in school holidays.

User

Unfortunately our first experience of the Jelly Lounge was not great. We arrived and first of all went to order coffee. The girl who took our order couldn't stop yawning and looked so disinterested. She asked our table number, but our table didn't have a number so I said it was next to table 30. 25 mins later the coffee still hadn't turned up so my husband went to ask where it was and was told that they'd come looking for us but couldn't find us as we hadn't given a table number (they hadnt). The girl then proceeded to get really shirty with him and then begrudgingly brought our coffee over. Not exactly sparkling customer service.

User

Far too cramped and small for an adult to accompany their child. Actually made me feel sick with being permanently bent double. If they had gone with two more spacious floors instead of 3 very small floors it would have worked much better. Also, there were a few adults in the play area with bare feet, which I didn't like. The café area was freezing cold and we had to eat with coats on and the disabled / nappy changing loo had no lock and didn't even shut.

One positive is that all of the staff were very polite and welcoming.

User
