Fantastic pub. You will NOT get background music, TV or a restaurant pretending to be a pub. You WILL get a frequently changing range of guest real ales, a choice of 150 malt whiskeys and a good selection of bottled beers from Belgium as well as a very warm welcome.

Quiet pub on a back street with well-kept real ales (changing regularly), bottled Belgian beers, and a vast selection of whisky. It's starting to look worn out and in need of a bit of sprucing up, so won't be everyone's cup of tea, but it's still my first choice whenever I'm in Alnwick.

Great old fashioned pub. Has a variety of real ales and Belgium beers and as a bonus it's a free house!
