Friendly staff great music, real home made food this is definitely one of the best bar meals you will get in the country, and I know as I have travelled all over the UK as a truck driver.👏 fresh and delicious 👍🏻

Lovely little old-school pub. Good bites, friendly (if cheeky) people. Will absolutely stop by again.

We went to this pub for the first time on 4/6/17 we had Sunday lunch the food and the price was very very good we will be back as we love good food and the city of Carlisle

Food is 5 star all fresh and home made, drink never a bad pint, crack is superb. Bar staff brill and Marion & kieth owners spot on. You won't get any better than Marion's cooking.
