The Jolly Sailor Description
The Jolly Sailor is one of the oldest pubs in Macclesfield. Recently refurbished, and regenerated, we provide a range of quality hand pulled beers, continental lagers, wines, and premium spirits, all served with care by our friendly and welcoming staff.
We have spent a lot of time refurbishing the upstairs, which is a lovely open space and currently available on request for celebrations and functions. We will eventually be opening as a full restaurant but give us time. . .
We have already enjoyed some fantastic gigs here at the Jolly Sailor, and always play a fabulous mixture of soul, blues, jazz and reggae.
We hope to welcome you soon. If you haven't been for a while come and see the changes we have made.

it is the hub of Macclesfield makes my night when see so many old friends I love it cause its mixed ages bar staff are so happy and friendly and I believe they do good Sunday dinners.drinkß are reasonable price too.can't wait for my next visit love it x

My Old mate Glyn Naden (landlord) has done wonders with this great Pub in Macclesfield Town .. Lovely pint of Draught Bass and a well run hostelry

Great night as allows at the Jolly. Once again Glynn did us all proud with our sumptuous steaks, gammon and pie and his chips are the best I've ever tasted. You've got to have a meal at the Jolly food is lovely xxxx
