What a fantastic place the kids absolutly loved it we have been a few times before however on Saturday the kids did a 2 hour jump. The first hour they were fine exploring everything then when they were getting a bit restless a member of staff named Paul really impressed me with how good he was with the children. Showing them how to jump high and do alsorts of tricks on the trampolines. Kids absolutly loved it and it was so nice to see how well the staff interacted with the kids. I asked a member of staff what the guys name was and to tell there manager that I was very impressed by him. She then told me he was the manager what a fantastic role model for his staff. My kids can't wait to go back I never normally leave reviews but really felt I had to this time well done Paul you made my kids day !

We attend the toddler session and absolutely love it, the staff are fantastic with the little ones, especially Paul and Emma who can't do enough, they go out of their way to make all the little ones have fun, even though parents are with the children at all times the staff will bounce, play and even dance with them, thank you all at jump works you do a wonderful job

Was at the jump park today with my daughter. Was a very well run and fun place. The cafe was very well priced, well cooked and filling. We ordered 2 chicken value meals, the quality and amount of it was amazing.

I recommend the whole place especially the cafe.

Visited for the first time yesterday afternoon with my daughter and her school friend. The lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful and took us through to the briefing area to find a member of staff as it was our first visit. Unfortunately, we were only there 10 minutes after that as my daughter pulled a tendon in her foot and her heel hurt so much she couldn't return to the trampolines. The staff were amazing with her and took her to the first aid room to put an ice pack on her foot. Ben, the manager, was fantastic and helped me get our things together as my daughter couldn't walk and gave us vouchers to come back when it is healed as the girls had missed out. We'll definitely be back soon.

Really impressed after our first visit today. Very professional and organised - staff were really welcoming and friendly and everything was clearly explained. Health and safety is paramount which is good.

My 3 and 8 year olds equally enjoyed it - we had a one hour session which was more than adequate for our youngest.

On behalf of Rhyddings School, we had a fabulous time with some of our new Year 7 students today. The staff were amazing and when we realised a discrepancy with the finish time, the manager gave them a further 30 minutes 'jump time' and along with all the other staff, really made the visit go smoothly. It was a brilliant last day to our Summer School - so a massive thank you from all the Rhyddings Summer School staff :) .

My daughter had her 5th birthday party here today and everyone (people aged 3 to 63) thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were fab from start to finish, the food was good, the trampolines and facilities are amazing and so was the music. We couldn’t fault it. We will definitely be back!

My daughter had an amazing birthday party yesterday! The party host (Sorry I totally forgot her name) was fab and looked after her and all her friends! The food was lovely and the party room was really nice! Thanks again x

My 10 yr old daughter has been loads of times but she went to her 1st birthday party last night Fri 25th may and it was fab....really impressed with the staff.. food looked amazing and got loads of food too.

Love this place, I go every week and the staff are always friendly, the place is clean and the music is good. Occasionally an inappropriate song comes on and it is immediately turned off within a short time of it starting. Prices are fair and the equipment is good. I fully recommend the Jump Works

Just returned home after my 5th visit to the autism friendly session. I cannot praise the staff enough. They all get so involved with all the children, inclusion is above and beyond. I have to say it is an absolutely fantastic session. If you do have that special someone, I urge you to attend. You will not be dissapointed! 🖒🖒🖒

I have been meaning to write a review for some time. My son attends the Monday evening Autism group. The staff are absolutely amazing with the kids and the team leader goes out of his way to see that everyone as a wonderful experience. My son runs in every week all the staff know his name and the staff play tig or jump to selected music. The kids don’t realise they are actually exercising, it’s just all fun to them. I can’t praise you all enough, thanks everyone

I have been bringing my youngest daughter to the toddler sessions for the last few weeks and we both love it! It's clean and tidy, the staff are really friendly and welcoming and we have loads of space to jump. I can't fault it at all.

Had a great time with my 2 boys at the jump works. The safety video was short and helpful. However, the attendants weren't too interfering by giving it the "you can't do this, you can't do that", which was an initial concern of mine, leaving us to have a good time. I would take half a star off if I could because I found the food a bit expensive. Would recommend and return.

Can I just say thank you to the staff today for making my children feel very special! I brought my son and a friend both of whom had been awarded golden tickets donated by yourselves to our local Boys Brigade earlier in the year, even though the children were receiving a complimentary play the staff really took the time and interest into why the boys had been awarded these tickets! The facilities were fantastic and they both had an amazing time! Thank you again!

Came here to meet the home educaters and can't praise the place enough, the staff are lovely and fantastic with the the children. Highly recommend to anyone x

Booked here for our twins birthday party on the 17th August and what a smooth easy experience it was! Even down to changing numbers the day before.

The girls both said 'best party ever!' The food was delicious and plentiful, our organiser, Adella (hope that's the correct spelling!) was friendly, smiley and very well organised, she made the whole thing look easy! Lots of compliments from kids and adults!

Will definitely be booking here again :)

I don't usually leave reviews but thought I would. Came with my two children today for the first time and although it's parents responsibility to keep their child safe, when sat upstairs in the cafe area its almost impossible to know where they are at all times even if not sat at a table around the edge to watch out into the trampoline area as there are two different areas. Besides this, the whole area isn't even barriered off after passing through reception and with one staff on the reception area, kids are free to roam around anywhere which also means they could potentially leave the play area and wonder off outside into the busy car park so didn't feel very safe.

To the selfish cow today hogging a whole table for 6 people and telling people who asked if they could take the chairs that her kids kept coming back for drinks...� watching me standing there needing to feed my baby and as a woman with kids yourself, you disgust me!! It was busy and people were struggling for a table as there wasn't many for adults with children playing, i literally saw her kids once in the whole two hours! For all the people in the cafe, half the seats were taken and half had a coat or a bag on which shouldnt be allowed. But thanks to the girl in the cafe who sorted a table out for us, it was much appreciated! Crack that safety issue and it would be much better!!

The jump park and food is great our experience of a party not so great, they left one young girl to manage 20 under 5,s it was disorganise, kids left, parents thinking it over we waited that long for the ice cream and even longer for the cake (which she had no idea how to cut... I had to take over to prevent it not going round the kids) they needed at least 2 if not 3 party people for this number and when you pay over 300 pound would expect it defo won’t reccomend for larger parties, a real shame with such an opportunity on their hands
